How to fix Poplin app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Poplin app on iPhone
Update Poplin app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Poplin iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Poplin on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Poplin network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Poplin Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Poplin not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Poplin App
1. On android, goto Settings » Poplin » click [Force Stop]

Update Poplin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Poplin App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Poplin » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Poplin.

Fix Poplin unable to contact server/ Poplin internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Poplin » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Poplin » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Poplin
