We are very thankful to have a mentor/friend/trainer like Priyanka, she is the best. She is so kind, nonjudgmental, empathetic and dedicated. Always there for me whenever I have my ups and downs. She approaches me and addresses all my issues not just from the weight loss stand point, from all the aspects of health and life. She helped me and my husband to obtain healthy lifestyle changes which we were trying to obtain for the past few years. We had hard time to get into a routine with going to bed early, getting quality sleep, getting hydrated etc. she not only helped us to develop those healthy habits but also educated and proved us how important those things in our daily life, our behaviors and our functionality. There were so many days I felt like quitting this program, however, she was able to lift me up from those phases. She never get bored of hearing the same complaints and downfalls, she would still encourages us to do better every day. This note is not going to be enough to appreciate her support and guidance. She taught us that chasing numbers on the weight scale is not the actual process in this journey, it’s all about making constant, small lifestyle changes in your sleep, hydration, eating styles and exercises and making these changes to a routine is the key.
