Very very poor “Mobile banking” service… this is the worst mobile banking app service ever, experienced.

Can’t log in. Even when it does, everything is just slow. Y’all need to get/hire experienced software engineers….

Honestly don’t think Key was tested before being deployed. 85% of the features don’t even work well. Can’t increase transfer limit always getting ‘Something went wrong’ all the time. At least display appropriate error lemme know what the issue is. Disgusting honestly. This bank has given me more headache than all my other banks combined for years, and I’ve only had this account for about 6 months. You guys really need to get your ish together and provide better service. Only reason I still have this bank is cause it’s my salary account. I don’t even know what my pin is again because I keep having to reset it cause you guys keep messing with my initial pin. Now I’m forced to go to the bank, which defeats the purpose of an app. Trash

you guys should hire better developers. What nonsense? Your app has earned an award for best in leaving me stranded with my hard-earned money in your bank. your app is so outdated. Just look at your last developer response which was about a year ago since you last updated. Poor response time. Wack customer contact centre!!! Nawa ooo...na by force to run app or banking service. the past 2 weeks have been miserable because of both your USSD and app. Your banking service is poor. I am moving to SC If you do not improve within the next 48 hours. It's just a pity It will take forever to sue you guys.

Your upgrade should be reviewed again cos you have made Key even worse. You click on Key it crashes on its own again

Despite updating to the new version, one can’t still transfer to all banks. Keystone is a disgrace to the banking industry. What a sham app. I will have to transfer to other banks before i can transfer to my preferred bank. Double expenses. Waste of time, data and resources. SMH

One this bad app is not working for me keep telling me am in but don’t work two I have been debited 5100 twice since last year I fill a form for it till now it’s has not be refund back till this year and a day here I was debited 1200 I went to the bank to lay a complain about all of it to them till now I haven’t receive my money yet anyway once I done with this money my next plan his to close my account with this bank my money is not secured with you this bank

This bank keeps disappointing men whenever I’m in a need for funds transfer. My cooperate account Most times i login my account balance shows null. What nonsense!! My account balance doesn’t show rather I keep seeing 0.0 as my balance. What nonsense!! I’m closing this account enough is enough!!! Nonsense app!!

My app doesn’t login- it exits just right after I input my password.. I’ve called your helpline but they’re of no help cos it’s been days and still same problem.
I checked my brother’s app and it works, uninstalled and reinstalled but still same problem.

Right now, Keystone Bank is a wise choice. The service doesn't cause disruptions like the majority of other banks have. But I'm curious as to why a bank that strives to be the best is unable to resolve the problems with printing out bank statements or reviewing initial transactions or past transaction slips. Another issue is that the date on the transaction slip differs from the date that appears in the transaction history. Lastly, Key is obsolete and subpar because there are no options for banks like Opay and Palmpay when transferring to the aforementioned banks. So, I'm only giving it two stars because the current better service for transferring or receiving money is only tolerable rather than stable.

Key is very unpredictable, it can decide to not log in for no reason, and till date it’s hard to to see transaction records on Key , and when u managed to see, it doesn’t go beyond one page. the only positive thing is on it best day it’s very fast in dispensing funds.

Have you checked other bank apps? Your app is the most boring and outdated app of all the mobile banking apps i know in the country...two of my friends stopped using your bank due to the poor graphics of your banking app. Stanbic and access bank app caught their attention. Graphics and presentation brings more customers...modernise your app and stop giving us old school design...i love your banking services but your mobile app is the worst in Nigeria

Update the bank app and also enable pay bills. Key doesn’t have the full dstv bill option

Key has gone through a super transformation. The speed and functionality is top notch. Great work team. Looking forward to more features

I regretted ever using this bank, it will surely disgrace you when you need to do a fund transfer. So useless

I have been trying to use my app and it’s not working not even showing I have updated it and I have delete it like more than 5 times still same

Everything works well. I have been using Key for a while now, I must say it is very good.

This improvement is so nice and smooth. It is obvious that a lot of work has gone into this update and I give Kudos to Keystone Bank for giving us this new experience. Key is more secured, easier to use, shorter turn around time to conclude a transaction and easy to navigate. This is impressive!!!

Why does Key keep shutting down anytime I tried to open it ? I was using it before I had account reset issues and now I have the required login and password but Key is refusing to open,.. please I need help with this because it is frustrating me
