Honestly don’t think this app was tested before being deployed. 85% of the features don’t even work well. Can’t increase transfer limit always getting ‘Something went wrong’ all the time. At least display appropriate error lemme know what the issue is. Disgusting honestly. This bank has given me more headache than all my other banks combined for years, and I’ve only had this account for about 6 months. You guys really need to get your ish together and provide better service. Only reason I still have this bank is cause it’s my salary account. I don’t even know what my pin is again because I keep having to reset it cause you guys keep messing with my initial pin. Now I’m forced to go to the bank, which defeats the purpose of an app. Trash

you guys should hire better developers. What nonsense? Your app has earned an award for best in leaving me stranded with my hard-earned money in your bank. your app is so outdated. Just look at your last developer response which was about a year ago since you last updated. Poor response time. Wack customer contact centre!!! Nawa ooo...na by force to run app or banking service. the past 2 weeks have been miserable because of both your USSD and app. Your banking service is poor. I am moving to SC If you do not improve within the next 48 hours. It's just a pity It will take forever to sue you guys.

One this bad app is not working for me keep telling me am in but don’t work two I have been debited 5100 twice since last year I fill a form for it till now it’s has not be refund back till this year and a day here I was debited 1200 I went to the bank to lay a complain about all of it to them till now I haven’t receive my money yet anyway once I done with this money my next plan his to close my account with this bank my money is not secured with you this bank
