That’s pretty disgusting and GreatBasinFCU won’t let you use it at all without doing that. Highly recommend not using it since it’s now essentially spyware.

GreatBasinFCU is always down and I can’t access my money, and at the most inopportune times too, like on weekends or after the credit union is closed; not to mention the credit union itself constantly and consistently having issues. I am not satisfied at all with this place. I’ve been very patient... 6+ years’ worth of time. I think I’m ready to change!

The quick balance feature has apparently been removed. Settings within GreatBasinFCU still reference it but I can’t use it.

App keeps crashing every time I try to log in. Tried deleting and redownloading the and it still happens.

I’ve been trying to set up online banking for the last week. When trying to set up the ability to transfer between the credit union and an outside checking account, I need a verification code to initiate the transfer. Okay sure, whatever.

They don’t send it as a text. Instead they call, I answer, and receive a voicemail stating that they’re unable to leave me a code. Then the call ends.

Unimaginably frustrating. They’re great in person but GreatBasinFCU is borderline useless.

In 30 years GBFCU has always been there for me and many other members. I thank them for all those years of support. I doubt I will have another 30 years with GBFCU, but I will give it the old college try and hopefully get close.

Great customer service and I was able to talk with a real person and fix an issue in minutes.

The new app has support for iPhone X, face and Touch ID, check deposits actually work, and there’s even an app for Apple Watch.

Love how user friendly GreatBasinFCU is!
