Hello I’ve had the app for about 2 years or so but recently, it completely crashed so I deleted it and rebooted it on the App Store finally got it to let me in and now when I go into settings on the app crashes, and I have to reboot it

This application not working I paid for it 8 may 2022 still acting I’m on free one week can’t open apps on your Powerful dashboard…..any explanation?

This application doesn’t work! I paid for it on 14 Feb 2022 and it still keeps opening and acting like I’m on the free week! I attempt to access the widgets for music or radio and I keep getting the message to get the Car OS app! Are there instructions on how to get it to work because I haven’t found any! I was intrigued by this app it seems like it’s good but I can’t get it to work!

How to fix CarOS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CarOS app on iPhone
Update CarOS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CarOS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CarOS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CarOS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CarOS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CarOS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CarOS App
1. On android, goto Settings » CarOS » click [Force Stop]

Update CarOS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CarOS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CarOS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CarOS.

Fix CarOS unable to contact server/ CarOS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CarOS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CarOS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CarOS
