ClinCheck Plan has been failing to load for the last couple of months, for anything more than a couple of fleeting views. I have an Android phone and have tried unistalling and reinstalling the app several times, as well as logging in and out, but nothing helps.

It won’t let me do an insurance check. The button where it says dental insurance character won’t let me click it .

• The counter clock does not work.
• The timer does not time the trays inside the bobble wash.
• There is no way to take a picture of teeth inside the mouth.
• The app only deems users compliant with 22 hours of wear, disregarding two hours of the day the manufacturer and board certified orthodontists direct as compliant.
• The app requires users to provide legal name, email, phone number, Invisalign ID, and create both a password and a pin or give biometric data in order to set up.
• The app only offers features that can already be done on a phone.
• The app has prominently placed ads and referral offers for $50 gift cards to big box stores.
