Gift Card Option Needs Work

This app is ridiculous. We have a bunch of $25 gift cards, but if your gift card isn’t more than the total you can’t use it. So we end up calling the restaurant to place our orders, which wastes your associates time and costs your franchisees money. Seriously, spend some time and fix this and let your associates know you appreciate them, save your company money, and save your customers a lot of time and frustration.
Can’t Log On

One star until this is fixed. The app was working great on my previous phone, but when I got my new phone, it wouldn’t recognize my log in information. When I sent the request to change my password on email, the email never arrived and have tried several times since then with no response. The manager at my local store said he was going to find a way to reach out, but nothing has come of it.
Please get back to me on this ASAP
Couldn’t pay

I tried to pay through the app and it kept on saying please provide a make for your order. Frustrating I tried using multiple cards and restarted the app. Could even order through the app. Last time I was able to order through the app but that was on an older phone and about a year ago.
Hope you guys can fix it.
