When I first downloaded the app, it worked fine. After having issues logging in to my account on the Ninja website so that I could purchase accessories, etc. and getting help to fix that issue, I can no longer log in to the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I get a message that the email/password combination is invalid. I tried to reset the password but it won’t send the email to reset it on the app. This grill was way too expensive not to work like it’s supposed to work.

I purchased my grill about a year ago and went for the most upgraded model at the time, before the Bluetooth was added. This app requires you to connect to the Bluetooth grill before allowing you into the app. Since I don’t have this, I can’t access the cooking guides and info that would be nice even though I can’t connect the grill and phone together. Please allow us with older grills to access the information and cooking guides

I am unable to login to the app with my existing Ninja login. I can login using a computer. I reset the password but am still unable to login.
I called the support desk and they put me hold before I finished explaining the problem. About a minute later they hung up.
I then chatted with the support center which gave me about 10 minutes of lip service and said for me to access the online help. The online help does not help resolve a login issue. So far the Woodfire Grill doesn’t do half of what I bought it for, mobile connection.
Not at all happy. I will give it 24 hours to remedy itself (the login) and if no joy then I may just have them send me a return shipping label. Grrr.
