How to fix Smice app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Smice app on iPhone
Update Smice app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Smice iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Smice on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Smice network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Smice not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Smice app issues:

Force Stop the Smice App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Smice app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Smice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Smice App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Smice app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Smice.

Fix Smice unable to contact server/ Smice internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Smice » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Smice » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Smice on android.
