I am not sure why so many people had such a difficult time using the app. It worked great for me. It took me a minute to figure out how to make an account but once I figured it out this app made ordering meals a breeze for the whole 2 days I was in the hospital (for anyone struggling trying to make an account follow the instructions on the back of the hard copy of the hospital cafe menu the hospital gives you. I somehow managed to over look those institutions my first few attempts trying to make an account). I really loved that the app had a picture for each of the food menu items, and that it could let you physically see your order before sending it in. It really helped me be more decisive and ensure I didn’t forget anything I wanted 😊

I was easily able to download the app, set up my own account and order all meals for the next day in about 15 minutes. Very simple and easy to use. I did notice that there was a harder time ordering in the morning vs the day before. Being in the hospital for many days I tend to walk up early, like 5am. I realized I’d forgotten to order breakfast the day before for that morning, and it took a few tries to get the app to take it. Overall a very pleasant experience and I raved about it to all the nurses that helped me.

My first time using the app. I loved looking at the items before I ordered them. So easy to select what I wanted as I went through each category. I liked how I knew how much of each category I could order. It was so helpful! I also got my food really fast! I’d totally use it again.
