I have a problem with XConfessions

- Can't delete cards you've swiped right on

- Can't go back through old cards that you swiped left on

- Firebase Error when trying to create an account

- Have to wait a couple hours to see matches

- Only two matches at a time when it reloads

Hi, my partner and I don't get cards anymore :( Although, with the other person Im paired with, cards still appear. Can you help? Thanks, Weronika

It wont let me add friends.

Me and my partner don't get cards anymore. I also have my friend added and he gets cards and I don't.

To resolve XConfessions network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the XConfessions App
1. On android, goto Settings » XConfessions » click [Force Stop]

Clear XConfessions App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » XConfessions » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart XConfessions.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click XConfessions » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto XConfessions » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch XConfessions
