I always found myself asking my husband if there was anything he wanted to try just for him to respond with “I don’t know.” It was always super awkward to bring up a new idea and try to explain it, and I never knew if he actually liked it or just wanted to make me happy. With this, all of that is gone. I heard about this on a podcast and decided to try it out by myself at first and I loved it. Downloaded it on my husbands phone a few days later, and he really loves it too. Now instead of asking if there’s anything he wants to try I can just ask if he wants to try a card that we matched on and I know that’s he’s interested in it. It has helped so much. I have two complaints, though. One, I don’t like the “come back in a few hours” feature. I feel as though it’s pointless. Two, a lot of the cards are about a select few kinks, and there’s not a ton as far as more neutral or even more niche kinks go. Sometimes I just want a new idea for foreplay that doesn’t involve food and sometimes I want idea for new kinks to explore. I’d like to see a wider range of cards.

I’ll give XConfessionsTheCouplesapp points for being simple and straightforward but it lacks any real variety. Nearly every option is over the top exotic with rarely any standard simple ideas, and any given suggestions are never clearly acknowledged, not a bad app but can use a little work

It’s free and fun and really well made! It opens up a world of good sexual communication. Only suggestions I’d make is that it’d be nice if you could delete cards you’ve swiped right on and would also be good if you could go back through old cards that maybe you swiped left on. Maybe that defeats the point, but things change!

XConfessionsTheCouplesapp is great, it’s a lot of fun to use with my wife. Huge variety of cards to explore your desires.
One thing I wish it did, when you swipe left to discard that card, it keeps it for later, or if XConfessionsTheCouplesapp gave you the option to view past cards that you swiped left on.

I really like the simplicity of XConfessionsTheCouplesapp and that it tackled a common roadblock of creativity in the bedroom. But I wish there was a way to save cards for myself to bring up with a partner later. I’m definitely going to forget some of those good suggestions!

This is a very cool app. The only problem that I have is you only get a few cards. You have to wait three hours to receive additional cards. Fix that and you will have 4 stars.

My fiancé and I are really enjoying XConfessionsTheCouplesapp. It’s so much fun to see what we match! On a side note, both of us wonder if there was a way to see the cards we had chosen but didn’t match. A way to see the cards we swiped yes on would be a good addition.

I liked XConfessionsTheCouplesapp but my husband and I went through all the cards within a week, that was over a month ago and there are still no new cards. No reason to keep using XConfessionsTheCouplesapp really if there’s no updates.

It was fun for a week or so however after that we haven’t received any new cards in months. Just says check again in a few hours. Nothing. Such a disappointment.

Enjoying XConfessionsTheCouplesapp and excited to see it grow! The ability to mark a card/indicate that it’s completed under your matches would be a nice addition.

XConfessionsTheCouplesapp is alright but after a week or so of using it I never got refreshed cards. I waited a whole day and still nothing. I tried restarting my phone and deleting and re downloading XConfessionsTheCouplesapp but that didn’t work.

XConfessionsTheCouplesapp is terrific for what it does — provide a way for two people to safely explore where their most intimate desires overlap, and to stimulate ideas for new adventures and opportunities for growth as a couple. However, just identifying the matches isn’t enough, and that is where XConfessionsTheCouplesapp stops. For instance, there should be a way to mark cards as complete. How about a way to prioritize them or group them together as part of a trip planning exercise? My experience is that a large part of the fun is in the planning and in considering how to accomplish an idea. Identifying the idea is only the first step. The other issue is that after a while, the number of cards gets so long that it’s difficult to sort through them all.

Development Team, if you are listening, I’d gladly pay for a more complete version if it was available. Heck, I might even help you write it if the code was on Git and I could submit pull requests. Just a thought! ;-)

Downloaded XConfessionsTheCouplesapp twice. Can’t even sign in to create an account. Keep getting some Firebase Error or something like that. I see many others have the same issue.

You don’t get to see your matches until a couple hours later and when it reloads it’s only two at a time. It’s cool to see all the matches it’s just annoying to have to wait. I didn’t download an app to sit around and wait to play it.

Was looking forward to trying this out with my boyfriend but keep getting a “firebase” error during set up. Erica, please work out this bug! I’ll check back later to see if it has been resolved.

I heard about his app on a podcast as was thrilled to find out about it...only to discover that it doesn’t work. An error message pops up every time I try to finish setup.

Downloaded XConfessionsTheCouplesapp 4 hours ago and it keeps saying come back in an hour or so. Heard good things about XConfessionsTheCouplesapp. Wished it worked.

I have tried to open XConfessionsTheCouplesapp but a error message keeps popping up. I’ve tried resetting my password to deleting XConfessionsTheCouplesapp and redownloading.

please offer an option to restart

We’ve got an account with Erica, but XConfessionsTheCouplesapp won’t recognize our email address. One star until they get the bugs out.

Every time I try to login I get an error message.

Won’t allow me to go through the set up. I was so excited about XConfessionsTheCouplesapp!!
