u better fix all the bugs before i send out my last haul because this will be the last time i ever use this app if u dont (qcpics layout is horrible cant zoom in and u need to add slide to next pic),(take qc pic and measure buttons are also jacked up at checkout) im litterally stuck like a inbred fool for 5 minutes trying to get them to work...frustrating asfffffff

Lost all items in cart!!
crashes/freezes every few minutes. have to close and reopen about 5 times to get an item to link correctly from TB. cannot top up a specific value in CSSBuy , even though the option is there. it just doesn’t work. i will never use this agent again.

Got my PAYPAL account hacked after making account with this app. 1437 dollars drained from my account. Complete fraud. My packages were also “lost”. They lost it in their warehouse.
On numerous cases I can’t type the password in to log into my account. The UI is laggy. Can’t really use. Just use the web version. Also I can’t fill my account with an exact number of money from paypal, only the default numbers of yuan given.
Make it so u can ship stuff through CSSBuy . Stop advertising CSSBuy when it doesnt even work properly !!
CSSBuy is very helpful but still needs lots of work
App isn’t bad it does everything the website does but still a bad interface none the less . Service is always good however.
Service in general is pretty good, but CSSBuy needs a lot of work. Many errors and frustrations that should be easily fixed. Overall satisfied though.
CSSBuy works fine, the website is like 2x better than CSSBuy . The support team is a bit slow sometimes, just make sure to remind them about everything everyday and you’ll be fine.
App is good. Slightly buggy but just as good as the SuperBuy app. Would definitely recommend using to mostly track shipping of items and browsing items. Would never use to buy unless money is already in your account. Only buy stuff using the desktop website
