I would strongly advise against using Pass.

I had been a customer for a long time, but when I changed my email address, I encountered nothing but frustration. Despite submitting over 20 customer service requests, I received no response for months. It wasn’t until today that I finally heard back and was able to access my account again. To my shock, all of my galleries had been deleted due to "inactivity"—but I couldn’t log in to access them because of their lack of communication!

It’s incredibly disappointing to invest so much time and money into a service that doesn’t prioritize its customers or provide the support they need when issues arise. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually care about their customers and their needs. Pass is not one of them. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had the old version of Pass until recently , which always worked wonderfully. Was forced to download Pass Plus after getting a new computer and now am forced to use the Pass Plus app. It’s horrible.

Galleries almost never load properly, leaving myself and clients with blank pages, even after exiting PassGalleryStore and restarting. The fact that the free gallery on the old Pass worked wonderfully is shocking considering this is now a paid subscription item for many. The idea behind it is great, but the execution is terrible. They really need to work much harder behind the scenes to update this so people can actually use it. Very disappointed.

I left a review over a year ago and nothing has changed.

I love Pass, but almost every time I open PassGalleryStore , I have an issue. I open albums with no photos showing, I’ll click on an album and scroll through photos and it force closes, I scroll to find an album and it force closes, I go to search for an album and the search bar never shows up.

Please fix these things! Thank you.

I was part of the beta testing for this application, and it worked well. But note that they have opened it to the public it is horrible to use. The galleries constantly crash, you can’t view images in single form, nor download. Not sure what they did to it, but don’t waste your time until you hear the bugs are fixed. I can’t give this to my customers... very disappointing!!! COME ON, PASS!!!

Apparently pass classic reached its end of life earlier this year. I assume the photographers were notified, but as a client I received no notification. All of my photos are gone. There no option in app (or on the website) for client support. There is no contact info whatsoever unless you log in as a premium photographer. Photographers, please consider the level of client support before using this service!

I wish they would have kept Pass Classic and worked out whatever they needed too to keep it. If they weren’t making money off it, then start charging. This new Pass Plus has been extremely frustrating and clients absolutely love Pass Classic. Their images on their accounts go back years and they love having them at their disposal with easy navigation. Now they can’t even access them on their phones without massive issues. It’s now time consuming to get images off Pass Classic and can only be done from some computers. That’s not right after promising 10 years of storage for clients. Pass hasn’t updated anyone on how to transfer everything from Pass Classic to Pass Plus. Manually doing that for a decade worth of work is impossible. Pass Plus just isn’t the same. Refine Pass Classic and bring it back.

App opens frozen, won't evens scroll down (there's a delay). Galleries don't sync. Constantly have to delete PassGalleryStore and re-download PassGalleryStore in order to get the full galleries to show up, and sometimes even that doesn't work. When you open a gallery the Cover photo shows up with a white blank page below... and when that happens there's no way to go back, doesn't give you the option, has to force shut down PassGalleryStore , and then the same thing happens over and over again. App also freezes and crashes a lot.

I’ve had PassGalleryStore for at least a year now, and it has functioned properly maybe 3 times? When you open PassGalleryStore , the most recent galleries don’t even show, and when I do click on one, no images will show. Then, I can’t even get back to the home screen. So I’m forced to quit PassGalleryStore . I’ll reopen PassGalleryStore and try to use the search feature to find a specific gallery...but that doesn’t work either. Would love to be able to actually do ANYTHING on PassGalleryStore. It’s been months since it has worked for me, and even then it was still incredibly buggy. Really hope this is fixed soon - this could be incredibly helpful for photographers to have easy access to their content.

I liked the original pass and was a paying consumer for many many years. Unfortunately, pass plus is incredibly glitchy and it really impacted both my ability to upload client galleries and my clients experience. In addition, i spent hours trying to fix a huge technical issue to no avail or solid help from them. Lastly when I asked to close my account they said I would need to pay for another full year or keep the galleries I have already paid for to remain. No refund has been offered even though I only uploaded galleries for a few months of my year long subscription.

Just abysmal system and even worse customer care.

Like the new interface and how it operates. Could be super useful as a photographer for going through my galleries and finding photos to use for social media. Even out our fast home internet, sadly when I click the download button it takes an average of 47 seconds to download one photo.

PassGalleryStore is very unstable. It crashes constantly and when it’s not crashing it shows blank galleries. When it’s working the layout and downloading are nice (although a few too many steps to actually save a photo on mobile) but until they do some major improvements there’s no way anyone should even think about passing PassGalleryStore along to clients.

The mobile app crashes regularly and photos from galleries will only be available sometimes. Sometimes they are there and sometimes they aren’t. I’ll open everything on my computer and everything is fine. This needs to be fixed. Especially now the people are paying for Pass+. I never had trouble with Pass Classic!

I use PASS gallery, and PassGalleryStore makes it so easy to download the hi-res images to post on my photography Instagram account. However, after opening it about two to three times, the new albums won’t load anymore! Please fix this it’s been a year of this!

I been using PASS for about 2 years now and I love it when using it on the computer. Not so much on the mobile. I like that I’m able to view the gallery on my phone but that all I can do. I can’t adjust prices on the mobil or send the gallery to another client or even take a look at the activity. I love pass but I wish I could do some controlling from my phone. There are times when I’m out and about and need to do some fixing or re send the gallery because of an error and I can’t get access to a computer. Just some upgrades would be nice.

The old reviews on here are from the previous version of PassGalleryStore . Since Pass was purchased as a company a couple years ago, the new owner did a revamp and update of the once clunky app. It is now so user friendly for both photographers and clients! There are no bugs and it doesn’t crash. It’s a great value add for the photography platform.

PassGalleryStore has had a total revamp and I love how user-friendly it is now! I love being able to go in and move things around on my phone as well as see what the gallery looks like from the client’s perspective! PASS is the best and I love this program!

I’ve been using PassGalleryStore for several years. I rarely had any issues with it. The new updated app is a lot faster upon opening and with downloads.

My clients love the ability to download and share their images. As a photographer it’s important for me to be able to quickly and efficiently share my clients images! PassGalleryStore meets that need perfectly!
