I would strongly advise against using Pass.
I had been a customer for a long time, but when I changed my email address, I encountered nothing but frustration. Despite submitting over 20 customer service requests, I received no response for months. It wasn’t until today that I finally heard back and was able to access my account again. To my shock, all of my galleries had been deleted due to "inactivity"—but I couldn’t log in to access them because of their lack of communication!
It’s incredibly disappointing to invest so much time and money into a service that doesn’t prioritize its customers or provide the support they need when issues arise. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually care about their customers and their needs. Pass is not one of them. Spend your money elsewhere.

I wish they would have kept Pass Classic and worked out whatever they needed too to keep it. If they weren’t making money off it, then start charging. This new Pass Plus has been extremely frustrating and clients absolutely love Pass Classic. Their images on their accounts go back years and they love having them at their disposal with easy navigation. Now they can’t even access them on their phones without massive issues. It’s now time consuming to get images off Pass Classic and can only be done from some computers. That’s not right after promising 10 years of storage for clients. Pass hasn’t updated anyone on how to transfer everything from Pass Classic to Pass Plus. Manually doing that for a decade worth of work is impossible. Pass Plus just isn’t the same. Refine Pass Classic and bring it back.

I liked the original pass and was a paying consumer for many many years. Unfortunately, pass plus is incredibly glitchy and it really impacted both my ability to upload client galleries and my clients experience. In addition, i spent hours trying to fix a huge technical issue to no avail or solid help from them. Lastly when I asked to close my account they said I would need to pay for another full year or keep the galleries I have already paid for to remain. No refund has been offered even though I only uploaded galleries for a few months of my year long subscription.
Just abysmal system and even worse customer care.
