My ryde app almost always hang at the loading up page (pink full page). Even after reboot, uninstall, reinstall, etc. Please assist. Thanks!

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RYDEapp app issues:

Force Stop the RYDEapp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RYDEapp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RYDEapp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RYDEapp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RYDEapp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RYDEapp.

Fix RYDEapp unable to contact server/ RYDEapp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RYDEapp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RYDEapp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RYDEapp on android.
