This is absolutely my favorite car rental company! I have rented a car from them, they handed me the car super clean, as advertised and on time! I had an issue with the car later and called them, they have delivered an equivalent car to me pretty fast where I needed it and took the other car. They did not question it, they offered me a great service at the most desperate time! For those seeking great welcoming customer service and relatively inexpensive rental rates for luxury cars, look nowhere else! I really recommend you renting from them if you are ever in LA, this must be your go to car rental company, hands down!

I don’t know if it’s always been this way, but recently it’s been difficult to rent a car because RYDEapp search function lists cars for your target dates regardless of whether or not they’re actually available. So instead of just listing only available products - like literally any other gig economy app - I had to spend an our texting back and forth with support, being told “that one’s not available. Neither is that one. How about this one but not at the time you want?”

I eventually just picked a different service.

This company is a total fraud scheme. The owner doesn’t have any money. It takes them 10-12 days to pay out your earnings. The owner spends your earnings and waits until he can get more reservations to pay for yours. This guys don’t have claim money they dont pay for damages. They all work from home with their family and friends. They find people from craigslist and ask you to call them to get your car repaired. I have to sue them twice to get my earnings. Stay away. They smoked in my Bentley and burned the whole interior the owner using Dan as his identity emailed saying take it to a detail shop they will remove the burns.

I wanted a car without a drive for two week. I searched on web for it. Then I found RYDEapp. Before I made a booking I made a phone call to RYDE customer service. They are very helpful. Finally I made my booking. The car owner arrived as I mentioned time. Cost for the car is really reasonable. Thanks RYDE. Hope to do business with you aging.

This is by far the easiest and best app to use if you’re renting a car. I downloaded RYDEapp and was able to book and drive away with a car within hours. Thank you RYDE, my last minute day trip wouldn’t have happened without you.

Used them twice first time we had a few issues with owner and car being late but afterwards everything has been great .

RYDEapp so modern and so easy. RYDE has the best selection of car and the prices are much reasonable. You can easily request a rent a car to your door step by just moving your finger on phone. Awesome app !!

My daughter and I were in LA for a couple of days prior to her trip to Viet Nam and we were looking to rent a nice convertible to going sightseeing up the coast. Ryde would only verify my identity by me emailing (non-Secure email)

Who in today’s world would provide this sensitive information over a non-Secure email and risk having their identity stolen, as well as their credit card information. Makes no sense. I would never recommend this process to any of my clients to risk their identity. Poor management decision.

Worst car sharing platform so far. Highly questionable contingent (I doubt there’s any proper background check performed prior to rentals), lack of support, delayed claims processes, underdeveloped app, constant pickup requests for after 12 am, cars being regularly impounded, needing repossessions and police reports... one star for the experience so we will never repeat the same mistake working with such company again

No matter what age you are in, you can easily got understand RYDEapp in a while. Love RYDE customers services.

Used RYDEapp for rent a car about 4 time without no issues.

Besides to use this company bad idea, app is always frozen, not getting messages on time, have to close and open several times to actually see a new messages. Good start, but nothing better doing to keep it up.

Have a selection of cars and customer support is pretty good.

Ryde is definitely the best car rental company that I used in Los Angeles so far! I really enjoyed driving a Maserati along palmtrees 😊

It’s a cool app but the options and software needs some work and I would be willing to help and explain where but the idea is nice.
