The watch zapped me and burnt my arm where the green lights are situated and now there is only 3 green lights and not 4. Also the watch is not working. Has the watch shorted out? It is only, approximately, 3 months old. If this is the case how don I go about getting it replaced?

I'll start with the following details to establish my legitimacy. I have had my watch with the following details for sometime, on the bluetooth and app ZL02D{F8-EA-OD-2F-07-32}, up until now it has worked perfectly,unfortunately when I've gone to charge the battery there appears to be serious issue! I've attached the charging cable to the watch as usual and all that is happening is an intermittent flash on the screen showing "CHARGING". Obviously it is not charging because when I press the activating button on the side of the watch nothing happensat all! I am having the same problem as another customer: the systolic blood pressure rate is always 140. With all the negative reviews I have read, how is this company still in business? I have not seen one response by the manufacturer. It seems there should be a class-action lawsuit against the company.

Is it possible for the Da Fit app on my watch to show full content of emails? Right now when an email comes in it just shows "Other" and then my email address. All of the notifications are toggled to "On".

Not a good buy. Does not monitor health parameters - only measures when you tell it to. The BP is hopelessly inaccurate and there seems no way to calibrate it. Cannot see "other watch faces"

This watch was a Christmas present and worked for6 months , It now shuts down when theres still a charge . I charge it again and it works for a short time then crashes again also the bp is way off from my arm cuff and my doctors . I tried to get in touch with da fit with no luck at this point my wife got burned buying this junk ! . Reading the reviews it happens quite a bit ? .

I bought my Da Fit watch last year and twice it has refused to charge and turn on. It's been off for a month now and still will not go on,regardless of how long I keep it on the charger. Its unresponsive when placed on the charger,usually it lights up and displays the charging bars,but it isnt doing that now. Please help.

Weather stopped working yet again, it just keeps telling me to “check Bluetooth connection” there is NOTHING wrong with the connection it is obviously the DAFIT software causing these constant issues. Going to buy Apple Watch they may be more expensive but they work, and getting a response from customer service I suspect will be 1 million times easier than getting any sort of response from DAFIT! I can’t see ANYONE here who has ever received a response from this company. Shocking customer service. 😡🤬

Da Fit feature, it is nice that the heart is monitored however you also need to automatically capture the BP & Blood Oxygen. Are you planning on these 2 being added in the future.

My issue is is that the watch reports wrong blood pressures. I work in a hospital and have access to a blood pressure machine. My watch reports that my blood pressure is 160's systolic and at work it is 129 systolic something is with this watch.

How do I return this junk

All of a sudden my battery only lasts a few hours, before it ran almost a week, full time...should I replace the battery?
