Sleep track not working correctly. What to do. Watch is only a month old

Need help or must return I can’t get it to work right!

I bought this watch a week ago and when I first Set it up, I could receive texts and phone calls. However the next day those quit coming through on my phone. All the settings are properly set. Should I return the phone and buy a new one? Should I uninstall the app? And reintall it?

My 6 month old da fit watch stopped counting steps. I have restarted it, didn't help

How do I get my smart watch to turn on it went dead and it will not turn back on I've tried recharging it on several occasions

I cannot connect my watch to my iPhone. It worked before and one day it got disconnected. I have tried all the tricks. Deleted app and uploaded it again. Same with Bluetooth. Doesn’t work! :((

Hello, I'm trying to add a 2nd Smart Watch to the {Da Fit} app, but I'm unable to get it connected. My cell is made by Samsung S20+ 5G, I have another Smart Watch on the app, and has been over 2 years. Trying to get my Sport Smart Watch * K22 installed with the app {Da Fit}. Pleas assistant. The watch app don't have a DIY analog clock on the app please in other abdate did you can include that future in your app please

I am having the same problem as another customer: the systolic blood pressure rate is always 140. With all the negative reviews I have read, how is this company still in business? I have not seen one response by the manufacturer. It seems there should be a class-action lawsuit against the company.

App sucks. Already had to return one watch because the app sucks. Now I have a second new watch and the app sucks. Won't show the correct city on my watch. I've done all of your "troubleshooting" and it still doesn't work. The app sucks. WHAT IS THE FIX PLEASE.

I'm not sure if it's possible to reply to messages on the watch but if it is then it won't allow me to. If you can't that means I wasted money on it.

Is it possible for the Da Fit app on my watch to show full content of emails? Right now when an email comes in it just shows "Other" and then my email address. All of the notifications are toggled to "On".

Not a good buy. Does not monitor health parameters - only measures when you tell it to. The BP is hopelessly inaccurate and there seems no way to calibrate it. Cannot see "other watch faces"

This watch was a Christmas present and worked for6 months , It now shuts down when theres still a charge . I charge it again and it works for a short time then crashes again also the bp is way off from my arm cuff and my doctors . I tried to get in touch with da fit with no luck at this point my wife got burned buying this junk ! . Reading the reviews it happens quite a bit ? .

I bought my Da Fit watch last year and twice it has refused to charge and turn on. It's been off for a month now and still will not go on,regardless of how long I keep it on the charger. Its unresponsive when placed on the charger,usually it lights up and displays the charging bars,but it isnt doing that now. Please help.

Weather stopped working yet again, it just keeps telling me to “check Bluetooth connection” there is NOTHING wrong with the connection it is obviously the DAFIT software causing these constant issues. Going to buy Apple Watch they may be more expensive but they work, and getting a response from customer service I suspect will be 1 million times easier than getting any sort of response from DAFIT! I can’t see ANYONE here who has ever received a response from this company. Shocking customer service. 😡🤬

Screen is locked and despite pressing the button as per instructions nothing happens. I cannot unlock from my android phone either.

Da Fit feature, it is nice that the heart is monitored however you also need to automatically capture the BP & Blood Oxygen. Are you planning on these 2 being added in the future.

My issue is is that the watch reports wrong blood pressures. I work in a hospital and have access to a blood pressure machine. My watch reports that my blood pressure is 160's systolic and at work it is 129 systolic something is with this watch.
