Worst app ever. Damn it's not even a MVP. Shit!!! Stop stealing money for rubbish!! Shame!!!! How to destroy the sports, build a shitty app and sell it!!!
Hi, I just finished the purchase of annual F1 tv pro. I saw that you advertise that is possible to see on tv. Well when I open it on my browser on WebOS LG it pops me up a message that the browser is not supported. Well I dont intend to see a GP on a phone or even a tablet or laptop it's a waste of money. The idea is to see it on tv as I was able to do on the Eleven sport platform or others via browser on a TV, even though that you don't have a app for the LG WebOS.... When I try to cast via the app is just a shit doesn't work, so how should I see a GP on my tv?!? That's just ridiculous, please I want to cancel it, and give me my money back... When you will have it working on TV as an App or via browser let me know, otherwise is a waste of money . Best, Vadim
I have purchased the 79.99 dollars subscription for a year and it doesn’t work I just upgraded from the regular one but it doesn’t work the pro one I tried restoring it everything it doesn’t work an I have paid twice

App and service not even worth the 2.99 I paid , the live race section of the app does not work in and is nor supported in Ireland but your not told that when buying , , get sky go or a fire stick because F1 Tv is rubbish and does not work

This app hasn’t worked right since it was launched. I have emailed F1 support numerous times with my issues. For $100 streaming subscription per year you would think they would figure out a way to get stable app performance. Lots of errors pop up attempting to stream. Be prepared for “the current network connection maybe effecting your experience. Please check your connection and try again.” This is a constant error, that’s hasn’t been fixed in numerous updates and has nothing to do on the user side. The only way to fix it is to completely delete the app and reinstall. You used to be able to sign out and sign back in to fix it and get the streaming to work again. However, with subsequent updates it’s been made worse to where you have to go as far as to delete the app and start over by re installing and signing in all over again. This error occurs after about every two races you watch. So it’s an incredible annoyance.

F1TV should be partner with Netflix to handle all the streaming and maybe partner with a user account specialist company to handle security and login. It’s the only way to display telemetry so they have a monopoly. And like all monopolies there’s no competition so they don’t have to work as hard as they should to deliver a quality product. I streamed just fine a week ago but now that the season officially starts I can’t even login. Not the app, not online, and tech support is responsive but they are clearly not prepared for this. The person I worked with was great but the product is the Michael Masi of apps.
Following weekend I streamcast FP2 from my device to my TV since the AppleTV app won’t let you stream the world feed and that blocked all my other devices from being able to start a new season. Had no issues with FP1. Tech support again…. And not a quick fix.
It’s been YEARS and they still can’t make a decent product. Focus on the sport and let the experts focus on the delivery!!!

Just make it work. Keep removing complexities until you get it to just work. The mobile browser stream used to work perfectly. But they disable that. So if you were going to live and die by your mobile app, just keep it simple and make it work. And then slowly roll out whatever things you want. But test, test, test and test some more before you roll those things out. If you can’t make it work, don’t release it. Just make an app that works. Unbelievable. Some random guy on Reddit made his own Apple TV app for F1 TV. And you know what? It works. It just works. One guy. In his spare time. And it works. Unbelievable. Fire everyone on your app team and just hire that one guy. He will make it work.
Until then, just reenable streaming live races in a mobile browser. Because that works. Until you decided to not allow it. I swear to Horner I’m going to go back to pirating video streams of F1 because that works better than the official app...
