It’s too complicated. I just want a task manager for my team, like Asana. Still trying to make the transition to this app for over a year. Not very intuitive.

The recent updates to this app seem to have broken Flowlu .

I am a business owner who used this app for five years. Their customer service is terrible. They only offer an AI Chatbot that’s usually wrong, or email. You can’t talk to someone on the phone who can fix your problem in real time. And when they email, they only send you one step at a time. They purposefully slow-walk the customer support over email because they want you to get frustrated and give up and pay an extra fee to talk to someone on the phone. It’s unethical and wrong. There are plenty of other companies you can use. I tell all of my clients now not to use this app.

I get a 404 error on most screens and others just spin and never render. Once in a while I may get the tasks to show up but it’s just not useful. Definitely can’t manage a business from it.

I love the platform & have been a longtime user. I can manage everything for my business in the platform. It can take a while to get an understanding of everything though because it’s so vast. Hopefully, they create a video onboarding of some sort one day. As well, it’d be really nice if they implement upgrades with AI at some point. But all-in-all, very good platform to wrangle everything in 1 platform to reduce having to much tech-debt in your company tech-stack. Thank you, this app team!

I was looking for a low-friction project system and customer database.

After using this app for about 18 months I can say I found it.

this app is adaptable and flexible to fit my specific needs, and powerful enough to handle challenging situations. I have not yet lost any data (including videos, photos, other files) uploaded from mobile devices. This has happened with other platforms.

The constant development and focus on making it easier for the user is welcome. Some other platforms keep adding features - just complicating for the user.

this app is dependable, fast and flexible. It’s perfect for my business needs. I’ve saved so much time and frustration by using it.

Overall I love Flowlu ! Great job, team.
If I may suggest,
1. When creating a contact and missed the position ( I am guessing this is the Title), it is a bit hard to go back and make the change.
2. CRM could simplify a little - somewhat confusing - not sure what to or how to use it.
All in all Flowlu could really take off with a few tweaks.
3. Is there a connection from CRM files to Project files?
4. Same goes for Agile.
I would love to click one link and connect all if possible.

I am very happy to have Flowlu on my phone where I can chat with my teamates, checking my projects, and update our finances. Thank you this app.

I have one issue that Vietnamese Dong (VND) doesnt display as VND but instead USD on the Widget view. Please fix it!
