It’s too complicated. I just want a task manager for my team, like Asana. Still trying to make the transition to Flowlu for over a year. Not very intuitive.

I am a business owner who used Flowlu for five years. Their customer service is terrible. They only offer an AI Chatbot that’s usually wrong, or email. You can’t talk to someone on the phone who can fix your problem in real time. And when they email, they only send you one step at a time. They purposefully slow-walk the customer support over email because they want you to get frustrated and give up and pay an extra fee to talk to someone on the phone. It’s unethical and wrong. There are plenty of other companies you can use. I tell all of my clients now not to use Flowlu.
