Game changer plus is not allowing me audio. It keeps sending me to fan pricing. I am already paying for Plus

I can no longer watch full event games on IPad only clips.

Messages not loading in app. Still getting notifications/banners, but when I open the app to read the full message, it just spins endlessly.

Game Changer frozen on end of last game and won’t let me open new game.

Last game yesterday is viewable as future event even though the game is done. On another parents phone it ahows the game conpleted

I am in as a fan for my granddaughters softball team but in looking up events, it only shows two for March of 2023 and nothing for this current month or next month etc. my daughter who forward me the link has all the event information in her app.

I need to update my account to 2023. It seems to be stuck on 2022, and I can’t seem to be able to pay the fee for 2023!

My app will not open . I tap on sign and and nothing happens

I have a paid premium account and with that I used to be able to look at different teams box scores. This year for some reason any time I try to look at different teams box score I get a pop up saying I’m not paying for access. The minute I choose to pay I get a message saying I’m already subscribed……..

Suddenly my can’t see full team stats, only for my player. How do I restore full stat access.

Signed up for box score data. Apple ID shows payment, but not being allowed to see box score.

We signed up with GameChanger so that I am able to follow/watch our granddaughter while I am working away from home. To date, at least one third of the video stream has dropped. As a result I am unable to not only see her play in real time but also cannot see any of the video replays. GC needs to address the issues or offer a refund when the game stream drops.

I’m paying for Game Changer and I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried to sign in and it keeps saying it has the wrong password after multiple times of trying to change the password.

I’m trying to follow several teams in my area. I have added the teams, it shows the schedule, but no details of the game or scores of the games. No streaming either. My granddaughters team works fine on the app.

I was live streaming the game, but when I went back to look at the clips for a player, they did not match up with the at bats.

The game is not showing on the app today july 9 and I just watched 2 games yesterday with no problems

When I click my grandsons team tab to view his video there are no players listed?

I cannot get the live streaming to stop after the game is over.

GameChanger is still showing us live-streaming for 2 games and both games ended hours ago.

My live stream is stuck on pause says game is still live for the last 6 hours? It will not let me stop the stream?

I have been live streaming our games on an iPhone all season long. Lately though, the livestream has ended after a few minutes (9-20 mins) into the game. Any suggestions how to avoid this? Thanks.

My son's team have a live game. When I click on the team, I can see the game is live, but I don't have the gamestream available to follow the game. I have an iPhone 8 that is updated to the latest version of iOS. This happened to me last night as well and I deleted the app and reinstalled, but even that is not working today.

I can not receive the live stream video for a game, but do receive the animated version for one of my son's teams. I have been told this game is being lived streamed. My other son's team is fine though.

I dont see the pitch tracer or where the ball is hit

The live stream keeps stopping after about 5 min or so. No connection issues as far as WiFi access on other devices so doubt it was WiFi in the location. How can I fix?

I could not get the game I wanted last evening. this has not happened to me before. I heard back from a person but--after I stated my problem have; never heard again. I want to watch another gamex2 this afternoon. I have not had trouble before?

My gamechanger live on my Ipad has worked for year and then two weekends ago it did the first game fine and now it either won't let me go live or it will stop multiple times during the game......

Just DL newest app update. The app worked beautifully the first game. Second game it was stuck on the schedule. The field screen would not appear. So frustrating. Help please.

The search isn’t working to find teams. Won’t show any teams at all.

For the last month when I live stream my daughters game game change stop streaming multiple times during the game and I have to restart the live stream.

Gamechanger app froze in the 2nd inning of grandson's game on Sunday, May 29, 2022, about mid-day. Have restarted device more than once. Also, tried deleting the app and reloading it more than once. No luck. Still shows frozen on that game. Am using the free app on an iPhone 13 running IOS 15.5.

The issue I have is during a baseball game, I no longer can view the action, as in, fly ball isn't showing, or balls coming across home plate for balls and strikes, or cause of player being called out etc. I only get strikes, balls and no action. Can this be fixed or do I have to close my account and start over?

It doesn’t show the game

The most recent game is not showing up on Game Changer. I have an iPhone 8.

I was invited to a new team on GC. I logged out because it wasn’t showing up. I longed back in and now I can’t watch the game plays or see stats. I have the subscription to do this.

After the latest ios update on my iPad when I click on GC, the app flashes up on screen and immediately returns me to my Homepage. It seems something is blocking app from opening. Need suggestion on where to switch settings to correct this issue, please. I'm sure it's not GC fault but a glitch in update.

Yesterday and today I have tried to Live stream baseball games and it continues to stop the live stream for no reason. I have never had problems before. Can anyone help?

I was watching a game live today when it paused and a message said the streaming game was not available, or something to that effect. I got to where I could just follow with the image of the field, players, etc., then that went blank to a black screen with four blue dots moving around. Since then - almost seven hours ago - when I try to open the app all I get is the same black screen with the blue dots. What is wrong and what can I do to fix it so I can watch the games tomorrow?

I’m using a Mevo start camera to stream. I’ve tried using the Mevo wifi connection and I’ve tried using cellular through my phone. The stream constantly cuts out - sometimes after 2 mins sometimes after 20. Any suggestions?

I bought an Apple iPad 9 and installed the gamechanger APP(Newest version). I am an Admin for our team. When I try to go live the app shuts down. I can go live on my iPhone but not the iPad. Is there something not compatible. I am using IOS 15.4.
