The app frequently will not open and just has a swirling circle. Also, very frequently the meditation will stop in the middle and exit the program. It does the same thing when trying to pull the message of the day up. It’s getting very frustrating because things keep dropping in the middle.

Thank you so very much for this indispensable App~ It is improving my life significantly! You graciously gave me a free subscription…. Am I past the allotted timeframe? All it does now is keep spinning ~ I have a disability so your wonderful Waking-Up app is indispensable to me. I truly love it, and others I know that I told them about it, who don’t have money problems subscribed, because they really love it too. Did my free subscription run out? I feel lost without it! Thank you and Blessings for your life saving Waking Up app!! And generously giving it for free for people with minimal disability checks to live on. It is surely a blessing ~

Hi, just writing to let you know that my Waking Up app on Android was permanently stuck in the logo with the white spinning circle underneath. This didn't change even when I forced the app to stop via the settings. Uninstalling and re-installing solved the issue for me. (The phone is a Galaxy A51, running Android version 13.) App not downloading - there is a new update which doesn’t allow me to use the app until I download the new version. I have been trying to download over the last 24 hours but haven’t had any success. I am paying customer but the app has locked me out.

Hi. I’ve been finding that the daily meditation sometimes doesn’t work. That’s the case today. I’ve done the obvious things- reload, be patient. The rest of the app seems fine.

continuous cycle of first few 'continue' slides and then 'What's your email?' page. When i verify email via mail i receive it takes me to safari version of app. Cant access content via iphone appstore version of app because it just asks for email address

Hi, the audio stops for several minutes then starts again, then repeats this process. I looked up the trouble shooting which advised to turn app permissions to medium. However, I couldn't find that option on my Samsubg Galaxy S20. Regards, Peta
