I have used this app twice now. Once for a girls night and once by myself. I really enjoyed the girls night and had three truly great manicurist come. They arrived ahead of time to set up and finished in a timely manner. Much fast and better quality than a salon, not to mention more convenient. The second manicurist was courteous, arrived early to set up and did a quality job.

However, today was supposed to be my third time to use the service except my manicurist never showed. I made the appointment a week ago, received the confirmation text and the reminder text yesterday, but today, no dice. Another frustration point for me is that there is no contact phone number provided for the manicurist or the company. I emailed the company twice but have yet to receive a response.

I had high hopes for the service, company, and concept, but this is very disappointing.

My 3 stars is for Cherry . What I end up getting charged is never what Cherry shows me. And somehow, I think my manicurist thinks she is giving me an extra massage for free - which is so kind, but I think i paid for that. Given the lack of transparency in the billing, I worry she isn’t getting all the money owed to her. Service is amazing though and I have never had better mani/pedis that last so long - and my nails finally look like they are getting strong after years of shellac in salons. I always try to do it during nap time for the kiddos but they inevitably wake up right in the middle and manicurist is very accommodating. Five stars to her! Five stars to the person also coordinating appointments when there is no manicurist available as well.

Super easy and simple to schedule an appointment. Both visits have been with super nice professional ladies who did a great job. I never got my nails done because it was a pain to get to a salon. I would suggest that Cherry let me save my payment information. I was also initially confused on tipping; right now it is added without any ability to adjust and it’s not broken out in the receipt. I was surprised the first time when my bill came before I realized it was a tip. The amount was fine, I just wish that was a little more clear.

Work but, first asked me what I wanted. She helped adjust what I asked for on Cherry which saved me a lot of money but, I did not mind giving her a nice tip when we were done either. Pauline is easy to speak with and she has a great sense of humor! I hope she doesn’t mind traveling from Keller to

My nails chipped after the first day. The technician was rude and the situation was uncomfortable. Her mask wasn’t even covering her nose and I have a baby who’s health was put at risk. When I contacted support to ask for reimbursement they stated that the technician said I “moved my hands” so I can’t get a refund. What a joke. This service is a rip off. I’m going to tell all my friends never to use it. And the technician spent the entire time talking about how poorly they treat their staff. Well they treat their customers the same way. It took her over an hour to do a manicure that came off completely in less than 12 hours so I told her not to bother with the pedi but still got charged $100. What a joke!!!

I am so thrill d to have discovered this app!!!! I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and at the hospital for the next couple of weeks and you can not imagine how grateful I am that this services exists and could get a mani and pedi before the birth of our son!!! Will definitely be making another appointment while at the hospital and using you once I am home with our baby!! Will definitely brag about your services to all the nurses here so they can pass this information along to other patients!

I love Cherry and the service was wonderful!
Jenny N arrived on time, had all the supplies, wore a mask and sanitized her hands before starting. I had dip removal and the dip powder manicure. My nails look better than when I have them done at my regular salon. She was in and out in 1 hour and 10 minutes and cleaned everything up.
I have already booked with Jenny N for the same manicure and added a pedicure 2 weeks from now.

The nail technician could be friendlier, she started to warm up at the end. But didn’t introduce herself when she first walked or greet us. Which was awkward. She was nice, but it took a while to feel like she was friendly. The options of nail polish should be more current. For example, it’s September, and they didn’t have a selection of fall colors. The massage was weak. We paid for the extra massage, and we didn’t receive one. Looking forward to seeing this improvement and your growth. It’s a great concept.

I have had to reschedule my appointment twice. Once (more than a week in advance) because I realized I scheduled the wrong week for an event prep. And the second because my household had an illness going around. Both times I utilized the reschedule option. The first time it kept the charge on my card and I didn’t realize. When I rescheduled it charged my card again. The second reschedule applied both the original appointment and the rescheduled new date, causing me to need to cancel the original. And I need to go see if a third $120+ charge has hit my card. I’m really not impressed and I haven’t even seen a tech yet.

Had first Appt with this app today! It was AWESOME!! Highly professional and friendly!! Will be using them again in the near future, I might never go to a nail salon again!! It was so great to have them come to my home.. so relaxing! My mom and I both got Gel pedicures and my mom got a manicure. I also mini pedis for my 8 & 7 year old girls! Bay and Franchon were awesome and we will be requesting them next time!!! Highly recommend using the this app Nail Service! Exceeded our expectations!!

I’ve been using this app for several months now and I don’t know how I got along without it! It’s so convenient to have a professional mani and pedi done right in the comfort of my own home. Everyone I’ve encountered at this app has been so professional and they always put the customer experience first. I especially appreciate that their mani/pedis are water-free and hygienic, with my manicurist using sterilized just-for-me instruments every time. Yay for this app!!!

I’m from the North East and we used Priv all the time. Unfortunately Priv isn’t here but I found out about this app yesterday and NEEDED to try it. I’m so happy to say that Cherry is incredible and the service is even better. My this app Pro was so professional and did the best job. I had a manicure/pedicure for a wedding this weekend and I am so beyond satisfied.

Thank you this app! I will definitely be using this service for friends birthdays and girls weekends!

I scheduled some services through Cherry , then had to cancel (well in advance). I didn’t receive a refund to my credit card; this app automatically refunded as credit for other this app services WITHOUT informing me this is what they were doing. I only found this out by contacting customer support, which was absolutely clueless. They took 30 minutes to answer a question that any other company could have answered in 5 minutes or less. Overall a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience

After finding myself with a broken leg and unable to drive to a salon or get in a pedicure chair, a friend arranged for a this app technician to come to my house for a manicure & pedicure. I loved the clean, friendly service so much I used Cherry and arranged for the in home service again a few weeks later.

I’ve been very pleased both times I’ve used this service and will use it again!

I booked an appointment hours before I needed it. When they told me no one was available I let them know I was going out of town and they immediately jumped on it and found a tech for me!

Michelle was AMAZING. She was professional, on time, sweet, and did an outstanding job on my nails and toes!

I would recommend this app and Michelle to anyone looking for Convenience and professionalism!

this app is great… when the appointment actually happens.

Unfortunately it’s frequent last minute cancellations, little notice, and little communication. I really wish communication was better in these situations so other plans could be made. I’ve used this app off and on since 2018 and unfortunately have come to find cancellations or changes as common as when the appointments actually happen.

The solution is always a $10 credit, unfortunately that just isn’t always a solution.

I’m a SAHM (of two young kids) and was in desperate need of a manicure before an event tomorrow and just couldn’t find time to get to the nail salon. Thanks to the convenience of this service, I was able to get my nails taken care of after my kids went to bed. Angela/this app was a blessing. this app should really cater more to SAHMs in my similar situation. Grateful for this type of service.

Loved the whole experience. The technician arrived on time (even some minutes before), and the equipment and tools were extremely clean, and of high quality. My nails look great also.

I booked an appointment for me and my husband, nobody warned me two people will show up to get the job done, long story short we had to re-book my husband’s service because of this misunderstanding. this app is a great option but please include this piece of information in your communications

I recently had surgery and could not leave the house, but I was way overdue for a pedicure! I researched online and found this app. Pauline was very professional and friendly. She gave me a wonderful waterless pedicure. I look forward to my next pedicure with her!

It was my first time using Cherry . With high expectation considering all the good review I’ve seen. However, it’s a total disappointment.

My appointment was at 5:30pm. My nails chipped off the same night. It was a small part, so I didn’t think about it too much; the next day, two other nails have more peeled off or missing a piece… I’m on day 4 now, total 8 nails have small cracked or chipped. I decided to just ripped the nail polish off. I’m not sure how they manage their team and products/quality, but this is a next level. I have done many manicure in salon, never have I seen color chipped off the day of not even mention within two three weeks.

The lady who came was nice and friendly, however, the quality is definitely an issue, and totally cannot compare with the salon.

It’s so nice to be able to book my appointment with my favorite nail tech! She comes to my home where we sit can sit in comfort, listen to music, and my nails are beautiful.

I started this app services after knee surgery made it impossible to drive. I didn’t want to be relying on friends to take me to services, and paying for a friend to have hers done in order for her to go and take me would get expensive quickly, and booking for 2 is difficult to schedule.

So appreciate the convenience and my nail tech is lovely. Highly recommend.

I recently received a mani/pedi, one of many I’ve had through the service, and my technician did a very poor job painting my toenails, failing to provide an even coat on each layer resulting an a very bad chipped look to the nails. When I contacted this app with a pic an hour after the service when I noticed, they admitted it looked like the polish appears as if someone tried to remove polish but stated they would not provide a makeup tech nor a refund, implying that I was responsible for the poor paint job’s look.

Very poor taste to basically call the customer a liar!

I broke my leg, which has been a giant pain. Being able to have this app technicians come to my house has been a blessing, and I also am incredibly picky when it comes to manicures and I was very happy with how it turned out! I’ll definitely continue using this app long after my leg has healed.

Having nail technicians come to you is truly a game changer! No more time wasted in commuting or waiting in line at a salon. Cherry is well designed and it’s very easy to book. The service is awesome, the technician was very friendly and came prepared with all the tools. She also used a this app nail polish that lasted much longer than others!
