I cnt take the test. It won’t go past the 3rd question. Please help
The quiz won’t let me get past the correct. It just times out and error

After I watch the onboarding video . I do 6/7 questions . On the last question it says I’ve mis selected my answers but I have all the correct answers it’s been doing this for weeks .
I have completed the onboarding process several times and passed the quiz after the video. It still says I have to watch the video and won't let me move on to getting shifts.
I’ve completed step five twice and it is still showing I have not completed it.
