My nails chipped after the first day. The technician was rude and the situation was uncomfortable. Her mask wasn’t even covering her nose and I have a baby who’s health was put at risk. When I contacted support to ask for reimbursement they stated that the technician said I “moved my hands” so I can’t get a refund. What a joke. This service is a rip off. I’m going to tell all my friends never to use it. And the technician spent the entire time talking about how poorly they treat their staff. Well they treat their customers the same way. It took her over an hour to do a manicure that came off completely in less than 12 hours so I told her not to bother with the pedi but still got charged $100. What a joke!!!

I have had to reschedule my appointment twice. Once (more than a week in advance) because I realized I scheduled the wrong week for an event prep. And the second because my household had an illness going around. Both times I utilized the reschedule option. The first time it kept the charge on my card and I didn’t realize. When I rescheduled it charged my card again. The second reschedule applied both the original appointment and the rescheduled new date, causing me to need to cancel the original. And I need to go see if a third $120+ charge has hit my card. I’m really not impressed and I haven’t even seen a tech yet.

I scheduled some services through the app, then had to cancel (well in advance). I didn’t receive a refund to my credit card; Cherry automatically refunded as credit for other Cherry services WITHOUT informing me this is what they were doing. I only found this out by contacting customer support, which was absolutely clueless. They took 30 minutes to answer a question that any other company could have answered in 5 minutes or less. Overall a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience
Update: thanks for the rude response, Cherry. It’s just what I expected from you.
