This is NOT a review for the hearing aids themselves. Amplifon itself gets ZERO stars because it never connects to my hearing aids! I can use the Bluetooth just fine to talk on the phone so this is not a hardware issue. I have also verified with an this app rep that this is a known problem. If you know it’s a problem then FIX IT!! I have had multiple other brands of hearing aids and none of them have had an issue connecting to their app. this app, you should be embarrassed by to put your name on Amplifon.

The connection is unreliable. My aides can be securely connected, and functional, with the iphone, Amplifon reports “disconnected “ and requires me to disconnect then reconnect to provide any app functionality. A disappointment.
New this app if I leave them idle even for 48 hrs the Battrey drains to zero.
Also there is whistling sound that comes in left ear that is not fixed

1/8/24, I go into Amplifon just to check how much battery percentage is left on the hearing aids that’s all use Amplifon for at this time.
