App is worthless

This is NOT a review for the hearing aids themselves. The app itself gets ZERO stars because it never connects to my hearing aids! I can use the Bluetooth just fine to talk on the phone so this is not a hardware issue. I have also verified with an Amplifon rep that this is a known problem. If you know it’s a problem then FIX IT!! I have had multiple other brands of hearing aids and none of them have had an issue connecting to their app. Amplifon, you should be embarrassed by to put your name on this app.

The connection is unreliable. My aides can be securely connected, and functional, with the iphone, the app reports “disconnected “ and requires me to disconnect then reconnect to provide any app functionality. A disappointment.
