Not a good Christmas gift

Charged and used yesterday.
They worked great.
Charged last night and tried again today.
I have tried to get them to work 5 different times today. It says they are connected and working, but there is no heat and they have stayed at 100% battery all day. I completely reset everything to no avail.
I am so sad because my husband was so excited to give me this gift and they are turning out to be absolute crap. I’m glad I kept the box and back to the store they go ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I want to cry because I am cold all the time and I really needed these to work.
App made for a 1st grader?

App has useless icons showing heat level selected but not a temperature range that your socks would heat to? Also it doesn’t remember your socks you set up last season. Garbage app for decent socks.
I bought another set of batteries so I can keep warm at work.
