My husband bought me the shirt, gloves and socks. The socks synced to my Bluetooth almost instantly. However I have worked for hours to sync the gloves and jacket. You can’t set the heat setting without going to MWConnect and the shirt is on high. So hot when it touches your chest. At $140 per piece you would think it would be more user friendly. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

App is very clunky and ultimately does not work….. unable to use it to connect to the device. Instruction manual/web site refers to live chat but provides no means of contacting it. There appears to be some way of requesting to be contacted but it’s a “Thank you, someone will contact you shortly” which hasn’t happened either. An app that doesn’t work and no support…

Bought both gloves and socks at Costco. An hour into trying to get them to work is frustrating. I will return these to Costco for a full refund. The socks are super long and tight. The gloves are too tight. How do companies get away with selling such crap?

The product register process is a pain. In just wanted a sock that heated my feet. Not have someone track me with all my information.

Not worth $90 at Costco

I just bought a coat and downloaded MWConnect . When I select add garment it tells me that it can’t find it. There aren’t any other Bluetooth clothing items around it. Any suggestions?

I got this jacket of The Clymb in a flash sale and thought it would be a great anniversary gift for my boyfriend. Well, he ended up not liking it and validated his dislike with previous reviews on MWConnect about connectivity. Me being a person for works with a lot of tech decided to play with it. You might need to toggle between you Apple Bluetooth settings (to get the phone to actively search for devices), make sure you set your powerbank to discoverable (hold the power button down until the battery light begins to flash on whatever percent your battery is at) and keep hitting the refresh button on MWConnect when it’s trying to detect the jacket. Oh yeah, and have the jacket plugged into the powerbank. Took me two minutes of goofing around with it without reading instructions. The jacket gets HOT on the highest setting and MWConnect is set up already to pair with their pants, sock, gloves and other crap they sell. It’s a simple app and easy to use.

I may have bought it for him, lol, but screw him it’s awesome. I’ve decided to keep it for myself now 😂

This product has been a game changer for the cold months. Connected to MWConnect , it makes life much easier while layered up and not having to dig through layers to turn on/off and/or change heat setting. Instead, I can simply pull up MWConnect on my phone and control the heat from there - genius!

Developers: before you post a generic response….Everything is updated. iOS and app.

Socks continuously disconnect anytime I lock my phone and put it in my pocket. The fact that these socks NEED MWConnect to work makes these useless for so many applications. I do a ton of backcountry and cold weather stuff and keeping my phone charged up to use the socks is a chore in itself. BUT when they constantly turn off for seemingly no reason is very annoying.

I have purchased several warming garments from Fieldsheer. Really pleased with app, no issues so far. Controls heat levels for my socks and vest smoothly. I used to have other warming garment but app was buggy. So changing to Mobile Warming was smart decision. Very satisfied! Recomendable.

Sock look high quality and great concept except you can’t use them without MWConnect and MWConnect is absolutely pure junk. First you can’t download it unless you agree to access to all your files, contacts and photos. Really?? Even when I did it didn’t set up properly. Soooo disappointing. Deleted app and returned socks. I would have kept socks except you can’t control them without app. Good grief, it’s 2021, not 1974.

I’ve had MWConnect and products for a few years now. It was easy to pair my socks and jacket. Nice to be able to check battery life and adjust the heating temperature.

Sunday 10/27, just loaded MWConnect , turned on vest battery, turned on vest using button, THEN open MWConnect . Found the vest and works like a champ. This will make adjusting the vest a snap while at a red light. iPhone 6s, OS ver 12.2

Make sure you name BOTH socks when you fill in the user name!! This is not included in the instructions. After lots of frustration, we learned this trough trial.

Wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I bought these sock seem to work ok but MWConnect is worth every penny you paid for it🙄. I even tried the unwritten instructions I found in the reviews but still no control over the BT. Pretty sure these are going back to the store.

Love that I can turn the heat on and off with this free app. Makes it super easy to stay comfortable out in the cold.

This is the worst heated jacket on the market. On the market, I have tried everything the manual says to do over and over again with no success. It turns on and hears the back of the jacket but will not connect to my phone or save my user name for the jacket. I’m returning this item and getting a Milwaukee brand heated jacket.

Purchased in Feb 2021. App works great, item works perfect, easy connectivity, simple interface.

App crashes as soon as I open it, is there any solution??????

Fixed the crashing problem, will be able to use MWConnect now.

I am not techy and had no trouble connecting the socks I bought at Costco.
To the people stating their Costco gloves do not sync to MWConnect …they’re not supposed to. There’s a button on the outside top of the glove. Charge the battery and zip it into the glove. Press and hold the button on the glove for about 5 seconds and the glove turns on high (red). A quick press changes the % of heat to yellow-75%, green-50%, blue-25% To turn off, press and hold the button again for about 5 secs.
I will say, I am not super happy with the heat the gloves produce, even on high. The palm side of my fingers still get really cold and I frequently have to pull my fingers out and hold my hand in a ball inside the glove.

I have a pinacle jacket the dual power pants the merino hoodie and pants the Costco glove and socks. The socks one of them stopped working and the gloves the same. Thank goodness for Costco awesome customer service I returned it and grabbed a new one right away. Now the pants and parka I grabbed the wrong size and it’s a week and still have no resolution after one week they just replied. Now MWConnect the only thing I struggle with is when I go from cold area to a warm area I would like a quick bottom to place the heated gear to minimum all of them at the same time until I go back to the cold. That would save me battery and all. May be the remote was a better choice after all but I like being able to see my battery power.

I wish the socks had the same button but I’m guessing since they will go through the wash they didn’t want to risk having them fail because of water damage.

Charged and used yesterday.
They worked great.
Charged last night and tried again today.
I have tried to get them to work 5 different times today. It says they are connected and working, but there is no heat and they have stayed at 100% battery all day. I completely reset everything to no avail.
I am so sad because my husband was so excited to give me this gift and they are turning out to be absolute crap. I’m glad I kept the box and back to the store they go ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I want to cry because I am cold all the time and I really needed these to work.

App has useless icons showing heat level selected but not a temperature range that your socks would heat to? Also it doesn’t remember your socks you set up last season. Garbage app for decent socks.
I bought another set of batteries so I can keep warm at work.

Chinese knock-off garbage. Didn’t work at all. Don’t waste your money on their products.

Won’t connect at all with any barcode on the box or manual. Do not purchase these socks!

I bought heated thermals brand new. I charged everything up with the batteries in it turned them off, then turned them on they would not connect. I waited 10 minutes. I open MWConnect . I closed it still nothing. I turned the garments on and off. Still nothing I manually turn Bluetooth on, and then off still nothing they need to work on getting MWConnect to connect to the clothing.

I am going to be honest and say that sure, sometimes MWConnect is a bit janky but it gets the job done. it is pretty easy to use and I am grateful it comes in app form as below my ski boots i would not be able to reach the temperature changer. Thank you developers.

Installed MWConnect and connected to my new jacket within minutes. Super simple and easy to use.

I got a pair of socks and gloves at Costco. The socks connect to MWConnect but not the gloves. And these were not inexpensive. Come on guys, make MWConnect work.
