PR app shows a not recording message and will not record video, but does show speed

My newest version of Pocket Radar is not reading properly. It is about 40-50 mph off. Is there a away to calibrate the radar, update the software or reset the device? Thank you in advance.

records speed every once in a while and don't believe they are accurate. I have changed batteries several times, still does same thing

Ball coach is working erratically. It will catch 1 pitch speed then not pick up the next 5. My son is in his first year of college. I used itvexclusively to gun him (and occasionally opposing pitcher) very expensive for it to fail after such limited use

I’m trying to purchase the $99 sync option with Game Changer. Every time I click to upgrade I get “Purchase Failed - Purchase can not be completed, try with a different account”. I’m using the same email for both accounts. Travis
