I am not sure what “I am doing” to cause my problem. I will be typing along without any issue and then I will get long red lines to the left of my text. First one line and then as I continue to type a second and third line unless I use the “go back” icon to reverse my text. Not sure what I can do differently. It’s never happened before. Please comment

How to fix Journey app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Journey app on iPhone
Update Journey app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Journey iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Journey on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Journey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Journey Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Journey not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Journey App
1. On android, goto Settings » Journey » click [Force Stop]

Update Journey to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Journey App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Journey » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Journey.

Fix Journey unable to contact server/ Journey internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Journey » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Journey » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Journey
