I receive the whatsapp messages on my iPhone but cannot receive the pop up on my iWatch even if, if open the watch Chat app on my watch the message has been regularly received

Unable to view the contact name even the contact card only have 1 single phone number.

The program doesn't work. It says 'checking connection' . I payed 8,00 euro for the program. Ik don't see the messages come. It stays one week or more behind. What do I have to do with the program on the watch? I'm from the Netherlands, sorry for my bad English. I'm waiting for you answer. Have an nice day. Hetty

Not fetching messages. resynchronize with phone and works for a short while, then revert back to not fetching issues.

How to fix WatchChat 2 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WatchChat 2 app on iPhone
Update WatchChat 2 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WatchChat 2 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WatchChat 2 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WatchChat 2 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WatchChat 2 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WatchChat 2 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WatchChat 2 App
1. On android, goto Settings » WatchChat 2 » click [Force Stop]

Update WatchChat 2 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WatchChat 2 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WatchChat 2 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WatchChat 2.

Fix WatchChat 2 unable to contact server/ WatchChat 2 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WatchChat 2 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WatchChat 2 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WatchChat 2
