I have been logged out of the app, and my password isn't working (mind you, I could be using the wrong password!) but the 'Send me quick login link' option isn't working either. Can you help?

How to fix Fiit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fiit app on iPhone
Update Fiit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fiit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fiit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fiit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fiit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fiit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fiit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fiit » click [Force Stop]

Update Fiit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fiit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fiit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fiit.

Fix Fiit unable to contact server/ Fiit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fiit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fiit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fiit
