Thin people yelling at you.

I don’t need encouragement I need fitness. I don’t need support I need a program I can follow without perfect people screaming at me. I’m not interested in “buying” more fitness through the app, the fees are already egregious . I don’t need thin people yelling at me about how good it’s going by shouting a pre written script that is supposed to fiit all users. I would like some body diversity within the trainers, none of whom have ever eaten a sandwich with bread. I don’t want to look like you size xs bobble heads. A real world trainer instead of these emaciated robots might help. Unrealistic image perception is not the look. This app is wack and all these reviews are laughable. I didn’t even receive my equipment before end of my 14 day trial. Customer service is laughably incompetent. Apparently they are “moving warehouses” so they are all too stupid at the moment and can’t do their job? Excuses much?
No fast forward or rewind feature

I love aspects of this app but it lacks the most basic feature of being able to fast forward or rewind. This is problematic if you drop your signal while working out and when resuming your workout are not able to fast forward to where you left off. This happened to me multiple times and makes the app very unreliable. Also poor customer service in response to this issue.
App needs work

Find app very hard to use. Cannot fast forward or rewind. You could do 24;99 minutes of a program and it says you never completed. No way to mark done. You have to watch the whole thing again just so it says you have completed.
No history of what you have taken.
Very very confusing.
Content ok but spend way to much playing with app and trying to figure out the programs.
