2 years agoI can’t get the wireless thermometer to connect to Bluetooth

I really wanted to like this BBQ probe. I’ve been looking for a reliable wireless BBQ probe for both indoor and outdoor use. I decided to give this one a try but no matter what I do it won’t connect to Bluetooth and the app has no way to troubleshoot the problem. Looks like I’ll be trying another brand or going back to wired probes.

Not good
I set it up the first time and it connected. When I tried to use it the second time it did not connect to blue tooth and there is not troubleshooting directions.

Terrible
It worked right out of the box when I set it up. Then when I went to use it. Nothing. Won’t work. Battery is charged.
