Grill ProbeE Status

It just don"t work, it make no connection with bluetooth

My Grill Probe E shows battery flat after about 15 minutes to half an hour. then goes dead I have to put it back in the holder until it recharges. I am allso thinking it is not cooking to the temperature it is saying its at?

My probe is falsely altering me that my oven is too hot at 275degC. What can I do to rectify this?

My probe will not connect via Bluetooth- battery is charged, can you advise how to rectify?

Won’t connect to Bluetooth

Charge light stays red will not change to green no matter how long it is on Charge for. Also probe will not connect with the app no matter what I do. Bought a month ago and have not yet used it. Trying to contact supplier to return and get a refund, but that's another problem too.

I have the app downloaded, bluetooth is connected says it is paired but app will not show anything it has a X on the Bluetooth image in top right.

I have Bluetooth connection, but app will not connect to the probe. I got app from Google play as my phone is android. I tried on a friend's iPhone with app from appstore and it connected straight away. Is it something with android phones that is the problem?

I load the thermometer, got a Bluetooth connection,but the app didn't show the the thermometer name, nor its values. I tried lot of time to connect it. Sometime it connected and my nerves were down. Please can you help me with a good bet to a quicker connection between app and thermometer?

Cannot connect. Have tried all suggestions. Have used this probably a maximum of 6 times in 18 months, was going to get more for doing multiple steaks. Are these warranted?

I have purchased 3 probes but I can only get 1 connected to the app. Is there something I am missing ? Thank you Danny
