Charge light stays red will not change to green no matter how long it is on Charge for. Also probe will not connect with the app no matter what I do. Bought a month ago and have not yet used it. Trying to contact supplier to return and get a refund, but that's another problem too.

I have the app downloaded, bluetooth is connected says it is paired but app will not show anything it has a X on the Bluetooth image in top right.

I have Bluetooth connection, but app will not connect to the probe. I got app from Google play as my phone is android. I tried on a friend's iPhone with app from appstore and it connected straight away. Is it something with android phones that is the problem?

I load the thermometer, got a Bluetooth connection,but the app didn't show the the thermometer name, nor its values. I tried lot of time to connect it. Sometime it connected and my nerves were down. Please can you help me with a good bet to a quicker connection between app and thermometer?

Cannot connect. Have tried all suggestions. Have used this probably a maximum of 6 times in 18 months, was going to get more for doing multiple steaks. Are these warranted?
