How to fix JumiaPay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JumiaPay app on iPhone
Update JumiaPay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JumiaPay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JumiaPay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JumiaPay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

JumiaPay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix JumiaPay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the JumiaPay App
1. On android, goto Settings » JumiaPay » click [Force Stop]

Update JumiaPay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JumiaPay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JumiaPay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JumiaPay.

Fix JumiaPay unable to contact server/ JumiaPay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click JumiaPay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto JumiaPay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JumiaPay
