Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever LATAM app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix LATAM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LATAM app on iPhone
Update LATAM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LATAM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LATAM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LATAM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix LATAM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LATAM app issues:

Force Stop the LATAM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LATAM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LATAM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LATAM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LATAM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LATAM.

Fix LATAM unable to contact server/ LATAM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LATAM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LATAM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LATAM on android.
