this app decided to reinvent the concept of MVP - as miserable and vile product! How can you release an App, which for the frequent flyer is used mainly for check-in, and 9 times out of 10 this does not work! Extremely annoying. Then you have to revert to the website, which then sends the mobile boarding card almost to the end of your Wallet.
Last but not the least - why don’t you save the details of your frequent flyers and we have to fill the same things 4 times a week!!!???

After already checking in went back in to get better seat, system let me change seats but unknown to me the new seats were not actually available so their system gave away my original seats and effectively canceled my checkin and left me on standby. This was the second time used app and it failed to work for anything the first time. I recommend NEVER use LATAM as risk messing up your flight on this app. LATAM is dangerous and should not be used.

A lot of errors for date validation and etc. at least for Brazilian checkins. I always have problems selecting my date of birth and payment expiration date (says the date is greater, or as I understand, in the future... what is obvious for an expiration date)

Seems it has some problems with my iPhone 7 and the selector of “drop down” values. I select the day and click on the arrow to go to the next field I suspect LATAM is incorrectly handling this.

What have you done to ruin LATAM? I log in using what I’ve always used and it makes me go through a ridiculous “captcha” process choosing odd photos from a grid (very unclear) and when I do get in, it forces me to go to Multiplus which is another eternal level of hell to get into. Just going in circles but I can’t even shop for a ticket anymore! Do I have to fly Copa? I guess so. Get it fixed, this app!

Even the basic feature of doing check in does not work! The previous APP was much better... LATAM doesn’t provide any minimal information in a correct way. No possibility of doing upgrades as the previous APP did....The check in feature is a disaster and does not work. I have always ended up calling the call center....remove it from the Apple store please!!!

It’s sad to hear that this is the top Airlines in Latin America. I apologize to all the countries they service. This is a huge disappointment of an Airlines they need to give up. Their pilots and aircraft sure have! Both on the way and heading home I experienced delays and cancellations contrary to the “confirmed” flight on the boards. Leading to missed connections and frantic running around unfamiliar and unplanned airports. Simply embarrassing

Check in process very slow and does not show the boarding pass. Check in date available does not line up with the actual time and date you are allowed to check in. LATAM itself is pretty but lacks essential and critical functionality that renders it pretty much useless.

The previous app wasn’t great but still was way better than this!
It doesn’t recognize future trips, it doesn’t let you apply for upgrades, it is harder to check in, etc.
And there’s absolutely no new functionality to it!
Shame!!! How can you deteriorate the user experience like that!!

Still don’t understand how/who decided this was an upgrade. Since the main change in December, LATAM has become useless.
But now, I can’t even login. Once I enter the lanpass member and password it brings a message to login @ multiplus and that’s it.
Instead of moving forward you went back 5yrs or more.

One of the worst airline apps out there. Offers to check you in then fails every time without telling you a reason. Offers a seat map but that too fails to present. Every time I fly this app I’m disappointed and treated by rude employees so I not sure why I expected LATAM to be any different.

That’s about it. Limited functionality. Checking in is awkward and not intuitive. You have to keep submitting the same info. Phone numbers from the US can’t be entered. Doesn’t bring anything to the table if your looking for something to make traveling easier.

Every time you do check in it asks your personal data. Kinda annoying and useless when you have already filled the blanks once.

LATAM is now iPhone X and Passbook compatible but some parts of it aren’t available... and it does its work, so far.

LATAM look nicer, and it’s better too, the access of information is better, add the boarding pass straight to wallet from the home screen. I enjoyed!
