Easy to install. Very straight forward operation. The only thing I notice is sometimes it doesn’t work the first I click to open the door. I get some kind of message about it not being connected. I’ll update with the actual message when I see it again. And I have a recommendation. When you close the door, the unit starts giving warning beeps and the door begins to close immediately. It would make more sense if there were a few beeps prior to the door actually starting to close so you could have a moment to get out of the way if needed.

Often loses connection and have open and close eHomeLife a couple times to get it back. Then sometimes have unplug from outlet for 20 seconds. Other then that I love it.

I bought this specifically for my two garage doors. Installation of the hardware went smoothly, but after about 48 hours, eHomeLife started reporting that the doors were opened and randomly opening them, then wouldn’t close them from eHomeLife . This is very disconcerting when I am not home and can’t tell if the doors are open and my house is unsecured.

eHomeLife also seems to randomly swap the garage doors from 1 to 2 and back, so I don’t know which door is which. This might work fine with lights and indoor devices, but totally unreliable for exterior doors that secure my home.

Modern conveniences abound in eHomeLife. I can let people in our front door remotely. Turn on and off plugs from anywhere. And I’ve only just started utilizing the benefits. eHomeLife also has a setting for how many minutes or hours a device stays on whenever it is turned on and this function amd app syncs with Apple HOME devices.

eHomeLife had been working wonderfully until the last month. All of a sudden, the notifications aren’t real-time (a notification from 11:30 at night is being sent in a batch at 7:00 the next morning?) and the devices are randomly “unreachable” on my iWatch app? I’m thinking the latest version may have caused more issues than it fixed?

It was half the price of a new outdoor keypad. Install was easy. Two wires and then the magnetic switch that keeps you informed if open or closed. Running eHomeLife so much better than outside in the rain pushing buttons. Not sure why some people giving bad reviews. Low price, no attempt to stick you with a monthly premium cost. Seems like a winner to me.

Prefer to use old school remote simply because I have to open phone to access app. Plus sometimes it doesn’t connect even when right in front of garage door then you have to wait for it to reset before trying again. It is nice to be able to open it remotely for someone else when you’re not home and need to give them access.

I love it it works for me the only thing that I see annoying is that it gives me alerts that the garage opened when in fact no one opened it or it also say garage has been opened for 15 minutes but it’s actually closed

I love eHomeLife. Originally got it for the garage doors so I could tell if they were open or closed at night from my bed, without having to check if the kids left them open.. Then got the outlets and replaced all the timers throughout the house.. easy to use

I used to forget to close the garage all the time. eHomeLife is so easy to use set reminders and timers to close. Such safe products for my forgetful family. Set up was a breeze and straight forward. Would highly recommend

These smart switches are great the only dificult part is to be able to have a neutral wire. I live overseas and here that wire is not common on houses. But if you do there is no problem. I had to installed o e at my home. They work perfectly and they are affordable comparing the competition.

This system is very simple and easy to install. eHomeLife alerts you when the door is opened and closed. Easy to install eHomeLife . Great price and not a lot of wiring to have to connect. Also love that I could check it out prior to installing

Extremely disappointed to find that eHomeLife requires an account to configure the smart switches that I purchased. I’m not able to setup the switches without eHomeLife , and eHomeLife requires an account.

Last time I checked, this behavior violates eHomeLife Store rules, which state that eHomeLife should function without requiring an account, except in cases where it is strictly required.

I have other smart switches that function perfectly fine without any account.

We were looking for a way to reasonably retrofit our garage door opener and allow us to monitor and be notified as to the garage door position. What we got was all of that and a reminder function if the door remains open late at night. Wonderful!

I gave this a 5 star rating after 2 months of using it. Only problem i got is the menu or setting for my device is to close to where i touch to open my gate. So it can be touched mistakenly and open gate. With a new updat hope that changes

I have an aquarium, and I want control wen and for how long the UV Light is on.
I try different brands, they don’t fallow the schedule I set. Some times they don’t go on, or the don’t go off.

This smart plugs don’t stop to surprise me in a very good way.

I use eHomeLife mostly for thermostat control. I have many thermostats in our home and eHomeLife lets me control them just fine. However, they all must be individually controlled on eHomeLife with no way to group them so they are controlled together as a zone. It’s “okay” but needs work.

My boyfriend don’t think we need it but I know we do because there’s time that he didn’t remember if he closed the garage or not. It’s very easy to install and connect to Alexa.

This product is a “10”. Tried others and returned. I was hesitant to try another one. This was more than I thought it would be.

Even after the garage door is closed it shows open on eHomeLife . Also something it starts spamming notifications saying door is open, door is closed, door is open and goes on giving that notification for straight 10 mins

This is a really handy app, easy to set up, and dependable. Controlling our garage door remotely is incredibly handy both from our phone and our watch.

Works well most the time. Seems to have an issue sometimes where the first request to open/close the garage doesn’t go thru. But will the second time.

Having the mobile garage opener on my phone eliminates another piece of equipment I must carry also it is assuring that it informs me when my garage door is open/close. Added Safety Feature not available with an ordinary garage opener.
