For some reason it says I don’t have internet (I’m literally at my house where I very obviously do have internet) and it won’t let me color the daily picture!

I have to keep redownloading this game in order to play it?! Please fix it, I am subscribed and really like this game, but this is annoying me.

As of today April will not open. It remains on the home page and goes no further. Having paid for April I am very disappointed and if this is not corrected soon will have to cancel.

I loved this game and would have given it a 5 rating. I’ve played it daily for almost a year. Living on a fixed income I didn’t want to subscribe at $9.99 per month I was ok having to watch an ad to get the puzzle then watch an ad to open it. It was worth it. Since the first of the year it seems I am being forced to take the subscription or be forced to watch an ad every 30-45 seconds. Sorry……NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. It sure takes the fun out of the game. I will be deleting this game after I finish this post. I’m sorry to see the game go downhill so suddenly

Game would be really funner if there was not so many ads. Allot of people don’t make allot of money. You can’t get people to buy just for ads to stop. Please fix this issue cause I’m not paying $60 just to stop the ads.

Downloaded it, opened it and saw it was subscription based. The text was so small you could barely see that it was 9.99 a month. I immediately deleted April .

When I played the puzzles some of the pieces would not stay in. I would put it in then the game would blink off and the next time I got on to it it took me some pieces back. So I never could finish a puzzle. Otherwise it is a great game and I love the pictures.

When I first opened the game, I opted to try out the “Welcome Pack”, because the concept looked fresh and different and getting an exclusive pack of brightly colored birds seemed like the way to go. But while I was subscribed, I did not get the welcome gifts, and I am really disappointed. Attempts to get help have been unsuccessful, and so, I can’t give 5 stars until it is fixed.

I love the games but I am only giving it three stars because of to many adds. I don’t like how the adds pop up during my game. About every 20 numbers I fill in an add pops up. Please get rid of these adds.

I have been playing this on and off for about a year. Great escape from reality. However within the last 2 weeks all of a sudden it stops my game play with an ad. I do not mind the ads after puzzle is complete…but unnecessary during play time. If this continues I will delete this ap. Thank you

I enjoy April but since the last update, I don’t get the sign in bonuses daily anymore. They no longer pop up when I open April . Is this now just a feature for subscribers? It was fun to track how many days I’ve signed in and earn stars and coins.

I’ve enjoyed April early on but what I don’t understand is what’s with all these subscription services on coloring type apps. I do a coloring app 100% free but most others including these jigsaw apps you have to pay a fee monthly to unlock rest of content. And that app adds content daily. I’d gladly pay a one time fee to unlock everything. That’s how much I’ve enjoyed April. I gave it 4 stars only because if this subscription fee. I’m not paying $10 a month to unlock everything. And even playing free, you have to spend 50 coins to unlock certain puzzles, and coins are evidently hard to come by in April. So then you’d have to pay money to get more coins if you run out. I get you need to make money but that’s why you have ads and should have an option to pay a one time fee instead of a subscription. I guarantee you you’d make enough money going that route and maybe lower the coins to from 50 to like 20-30 even would be better. I just don’t have the money to afford 9.99 a month for what is a cross between a coloring and jigsaw app.

I really enjoy these puzzles and I don’t mind a few ads, but having 7 or 8 ads for one puzzle is very annoying.

How is it that on my iPad I need to have 450 stores to get to level four but on my android phone I only need 150 stars to get to level four so where is the fairness in this I would like to know. Update so I did what you said and now it is both 450 to get to level four it is impossible to get to the next level unless you buy your game I’m deleting it now.

I have enjoyed April and have played several puzzles but I can’t afford to do a subscription,.. I have 13 days left on my trial and I want to cancel. I don’t see where I can notify you to stop before my due date comes around. Please cancel my subscription.. You are now notified.. Thanks

Five stars for the game concept, NO stars for the ad experience. I guess my problem is not with this game in particular, but rather the game I landed on when I had reached my fill. I had already seen the comments about the “ad issues”, but decided to still try it out. I actually don’t mind ads most days, and understand completely developers utilizing this method to get their product out there. What I DON’T understand, and will NEVER understand is when developers saturate the game experience with these ads. It would be one thing if there was a chance of it being successful at all. But when you are bombarded by ads over and over again, and it’s the SAME ad every 20 seconds, how is that effective? If I didn’t find the game ad interesting enough the first time to download, then I’m not going to find it so the 3rd, 4th, or the 24th time; and no, forcing us to watch the same ad, or any ad for longer than all the other times you show it isn’t going to do it either. My point is simply this… I don’t know who is paying whom, or who is spending their money thinking they will have a chance for more people to see their ads, but the way they go about it is totally and completely ineffective. I downloaded this game because it looked like something I would enjoy. It has great potential. I also will delete it after only trying once to enjoy it because of the reasons mentioned. There just must be a better way to offer games to people who can’t pay other than this. Like I said, I understand ads, but at least advertise in a way that at least makes sense.

I love this! Can we get a difficulty rating on puzzles? Some days I’m not up to a complicated puzzle but other days I want to “waste time” relaxing on the couch. Maybe by # of pieces?

Title says it all,the puzzles that require ads to unlock won’t load the ads up,the buttons grey and won’t let me click it

This is one of my favorite apps!

My only complaint is after the most recent update, when you are putting together puzzles under the collections tab, it no longer keeps your place.. so if you close April you have to scroll and scroll to get to where you left off..
