NC Lottery Official Status

Account balance still shows 0. Called customer svc, they pulled up my account and shows the original $ deposited. Said I should play on my desktop. Really??? Fix it or return my money!

The scanner on my app is not working properly.The scanner appears to be broken or frozen. Please advise as how to fix. Thank you

Hi,I'm on a computer. It won't let me fill out account information. The circle is going round and round like it is working then Error code: Connection Problem There was a problem connecting to the server. Please check your Internet connection and try again. The site will now reload. RELOAD. Once I exit out, it goes back to account information. I hit the X and I hit register later. Then I'm to the sign in and I'm in. Then I hit the arrow down to deposit funds, ECT. It has the circle is going round and round like it is working and I can't get any farther. What I have tried shutting down and trying again. Earasing cookies, shuting down, unpluged my router and restarting. Ping site and it says Request time out. Help me out, please

Ticket checker does not work. It does not scan. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled and nothing has changed.

Online play for pick3 & pick4 draw selection of Day or evening is already preset for the next draw time. The only way to select s future draw is by changing the draw. The draw selection is on the first line. Therefore it's impossible to accidentally change unless ita intentionally because in order to purchase a ticket all the selections needed are on 1 line such as 1- play type, 2- play amount, 3- # of tickets you want to play. Therefore there's no reason to do anything on the top line where the draw selection of day or evening. The top line is not touch sensitive that the draw time can be hot in error. Which brings means the only way a draw selection change from the current draw to a future draw is as explained to me is that the player: 1- accidently changed it (which is not possible if you don't need to do anything in that top line and it's not touch sensitive and if it it is changed it clearly shows a drop down menu asking you to make a selection) 2. Draw change from the current preset draw for upcoming drawing if purchase is made after the cutoff time or the cutoff is happening as the player is submitting the purchase( this explains why I received a bright red message on a purchase, because I made purchase right at 10:59 thinking cutoff was 11:00 pm which it was explained via o line chat that online cutoff is about 2 mins earlier than purchasing at retailer). 3. Third reason I was given was that if I used favorites and replayed a selection of numbers it keeps the same draw that was played at thar time. (NONE OF THE 3 REASONS ABOVE HAPPENED) I had my draw times changed in thr past and didn't understand why until I asked the question via nc lottery chat. After it was explained to me how the draw time would automatically changed I made sure that I checked my cart prior to submitting to confirm that all the tickets showed the upcoming draw dates and for the new few draws I would screenshot the cart to confirm what I saw because I knew that the draw change in the past may have occurred because I did select a favorite pk3 ticket I played and the draw date was not for the current draw. The other times it iccured was because I submitted purchase at 10:58 or 10:59. --on sat April 22, 2023 I purchased 2 pick4 tickets with multiple numbers. I actually selected each number and did not use any previously plays. Prior to submitting to submitting cart for purchase I confirmed the pick4 tickets both showed evening 11:22 drawing on these 2 tickets and with all pick 3 tickets. The pick 4 tickets were the first purchased and purchased at 10:13 pm. So it was more than 40 mins before the cutoff. I checked the drawing results around 3 am and discovered my number had been drawn and I should have won $800. But when I went to the account it showed no win and I discovered that the pick4 tickets were in the upcoming draw for sun 23 Apr 2023 Day draw. Rep thru nc chat stated from his end the only information he showed was that the purchase was made at 10:13 pm and it showed it was foe Sun 23 Apr 2023 day draw. I know I never changed the draws and confirmed it was for the 22 Apr 2023 evening draw. I was told that the only thing that could be done on his end was he could escalate it to a supervisor and it could take up to 4 days to get a response. There has to a problem with the system because I didn't miss the cutoff, I didn't accidentally change drawings because i went back to see what happens if draw is changed and it clearly let you know the draw is being changed because a drop down menue appears. That didnt occur because i have never used the draw change so the onlu solution is that the system changed it after the pirchase. Even the email confirmations does not specify what draw was selected and the serial number given in email dies not help in matching the ticket with the confirmatiob of pirchase . How can i get this investigated.i

Not able to scan Lucke Rewards from App. The scanner works for Ticket Checker but not for Lucke Rewards.

App not working Says lucky rewards not available 2 days straight

The app is stuck on the screen where you input the card numbers for rewards. Unable to scan the ticket to see if it’s a winner. I have deleted the app & reinstalled & I get the same screen.

The site works just fine to add money to play and anything else, except to enter second chance tickets. Have called several times to report this problem and can't get any help. Always on hold for thirty plus minutes. Please help resolve this problem.

Not able to enter lucke Rewards entry codes.

When attempting to login nothing happens. After entering username and password, nothing happens. I have tried on two devices and get the same thing.
