Better options out there

Terrible app, have used 3 times with issues getting in every time. PocketDoc calls and texts you every 2 mins in preparation for your appointment, which kicks me out of PocketDoc and further delays my ability to get into the visit.

As a healthcare provider myself I know for a fact there are way more efficient and functional apps out there. Steer clear of offices that use PocketDoc if you can!

Glitchy app rude support

PocketDoc was not compatible with 5 devices in my household, 3 of which were less than 6 months old and all of which it claimed to be compatible with. I had to borrow a phone from someone else inconveniencing them during this entire experience. I finally got an appointment with my doctor, only to sign in and wait for almost an hour only to find out that PocketDoc had somehow cancelled my appointment. I messaged the help desk and all they told me was to update PocketDoc (it was up to date) and that it was my fault PocketDoc had glitched. In conclusion, PocketDoc is glitchy, and the support was rude and unhelpful

Horrible service

I pay money every month to my insurance so when I get sick I can go see a doctor. When I finally got sick they refused to see me until I had an “online visit”. After I did the online visit they still refused to see me or give me antibiotics so now I have to just sit at home and wait till I don’t feel sick anymore. I don’t need a doctor to wait it out. I can do that without a doctor. Don’t pay $100 for a person to call you and tell you to lay in bed for 5 days and drink liquids.

Serious voiceover Accessibility Issues

To say that I am disappointed in the level of inaccessibility I found in PocketDoc would be an understatement. From the signup screen alone it was clear that blind users were not considered.
Before text is entered into the fields voiceover reads the labels, but as soon as text is entered voiceover does not read it or the accompanying label. The gender selection options, the button to agree to the terms of service and the button to register are not clickable.
There are other problems once an account has been created, and I haven’t even attempted the video appointment yet. This isn’t a silly game, this is a telehealth app in the middle of a pandemic. These access issues need to be fixed.

Meh

I’m a big fan of virtual doctor visits for things that don’t really require you being there in person, but not a fan of having to hold my phone in front of my face for 20 minutes. Why is there not a web based or pc/mac app? Every other virtual healthcare app I’ve used allows you to log on to your appointment from your computer and use your web cam, have your hands free and be comfortable. If I didn’t really like my Dr, I’d find one who uses a more versatile telehealth application.

The Matrix 5

1) you can’t see what you wrote
2) if you’re disabled or have organizational problems forget it!
3) the text size is too small not adjustable or invisible.
4) 450 character limit guess what it doesn’t tell you when you reach the limit and I have a lot to say and I say it too quickly and then you are over the limit and you don’t know where the limit is and that is messed up on many levels because I wanted to tell as much detail as I can to my doctor except for my phone just cut out while I was trying to dictate this thank you

Good service, has some glitches

I overall enjoy PocketDoc and design but when I get logged out the Home Screen “twitches.” It kinda looks like if it’s just going up n down really fast. I was still able to type and when I hit Log In PocketDoc closed. I reopened it and was logged in but the whole thing was odd since most apps do not do this.

Wow!!!!!

I feel really bad for all other healthcare providers because PocketDoc is ALLLLLL YOU NEED !!!!! What have I been doing all my life !!!? This is the most user friendly app, such nice doctors. There is a doctor for every need I have and more. I just am so happy I found this network!!!! I can be anywhere and use PocketDoc to talk to my trusted doctors. Thank you this app!!!!!!!

Pocketdoc hands down best clinic in California!

The physicians a pocket dogs are simply amazing. I cannot believe how much they accommodate to me is a newer patient that’s been seeking treatment and care like this for 10+ years. Thank you pocket dark for you have change my life -Matthew

Great overall!’

Hear and easy but last two times has frozen her had a poor connection and we have to recall to get items started

Confusing

First time using it today. Was slightly confusing when it came to entering insurance as I have dual coverage. It kept reverting to my secondary as my payment method not my primary & did not reflect dual. Not confident with PocketDoc

Quick Easy Intuitive

Where most of the health provider failed to make just a decent app pocket docs search the benchmark to a whole new level

Baby napping and I didn’t have to leave home!

This is such a great service, especially for moms that don’t want to bring little ones to an urgent care setting. I put my son down for a nap and was able to “see” a practitioner without having to leave home. Fantastic!!

Professional & Convenient

Emily was great. Kind, professional, thorough and the visit was in the convenience of my own home. The last thing I felt like doing was driving to urgent care, so this was so helpful. I’m grateful for this service. ❤️

My Pocket Account

I like how this is set up. When I have my exams everything is there for the RN and Dr to review before I see them. Can also review the notes without opening numerous pages before getting what I need.
Good Job

My Appointments

Dr Das has a unique quality besides his astute professionalism . He is kind , authentic, reads between the lines, cares cares about anything you have to say. I feel safe and in good hands with his skill & direction . Calm concern without stress. Thank you for being my Doctor . Nancy Cannell

Informative and Helpful

I did a video consult with Chelsea Ellingson, PA regarding COVID-19 testing for me to be able to safely visit with a family member going through cancer treatment. She was very considerate, professional, and thoughtful in helping me figure out the best route to go. I really appreciate speaking with her and have a better understanding of what needs to be done.

App made it easy!

It was easy to set up and make an appt. When the doctor was ready, I got a text and when I went to PocketDoc , it went straight into my meeting with my doctor. Video and sound were clear with no issues. Excellent app!

Incredibly convenient

We are grateful. We have this opportunity to see our doctor virtually because we can communicate clearly, but it saves on gas and time. Of course we come in sometimes but it’s great to have this option! Thanks.

2 attempts to Connect

First attempt, PocketDoc will not connect to my video and mic. After the second attempt the connection was nice and clear with no issues.
