SigueMoneyTransfer used to be convenient and useful but lately is nothing but trouble. As we speak, I can’t log in because it says log in unauthorized, even though I changed password as I was asked to do so the last time SigueMoneyTransfer got an update. SigueMoneyTransfer has erased the history of the people I send money to along with all their info. Every time SigueMoneyTransfer is updated, there is always an issue with login in; where I’m told to delete SigueMoneyTransfer and load it again, but it still has issues. The costumer service is not very nice and a lot of the time unhelpful. What is the use of paying more to use SigueMoneyTransfer than what you pay when you go to an actual physical Sigue agency if it is always giving you trouble? As we speak, I’m unable to use SigueMoneyTransfer .

So far so good! Got signed up and started sending money in less than 30 minutes. The funds were available and picked up around 2 hours after I payed. A good tip: make sure you and the recipient you are sending money to, are familiar with the location where the funds will be payed out. Like a local grocery store or bank. Will continue using in the near future. Thank you Sigue! Viva la raza ❤️💚

Since it was updated I’ve had nothing but problems. It tells me that they can’t find bank recipient info, gives me server errors, deletes the people I send money to and when I try to add them back it says that they’re already added, it deletes my card info and also when I try to login it gives me an error and I have to try multiple times before it lets me in. Still haven’t been able to send money since the update.

This is the best way to send money to the Philippines. Fast and worry free. No hassle at all. And I love that they have promos every now and then! I give them five stars!

It was good until it said all my cards rejected I call my bank and it said is not problem I try different way I did with my husband profile different cards and still same problem I call customer service but they don’t know how fixed this problem

Tried all morning to reset phone number and password talked to 3 different people to help. None of could help me. I’ve used SigueMoneyTransfer before but now it’s saying verify my number and it won’t verify. The emails aren’t working and neither is SigueMoneyTransfer .

Wrong recipient bank on receipt even inputted correctly on app.

I have nothing but problems trying to send money over to MX. To make it worse, their customer service is worse than Walmart. As of now sigue has all the money I have tried to send. They can’t help but only cancel your transaction because of problems with SigueMoneyTransfer or things that are beyond your control. Bunch of inept call center associates. Every time you send money you have to call to see if the money is ready for your family to get it. Which 100% won’t be There is no other way around. What’s the purpose of SigueMoneyTransfer then?

App is very easy to use and the exchange rates are easy to navigate through and also lets you cancel any transaction full refund. Customer service is very friendly and with this coronavirus going on I don’t even gotta go out to send money INCREDIBLE! Totally worth downloading.

Interface is pretty intuitive, and it's really fast to get set up. I usually use it to send money to the Philippines, and they don't have problems receiving money in their bank accounts.

I sent money to Nigeria and it was successful but unfortunately there is no payout, thou SigueMoneyTransfer shows me a pickup location which is (zenith bank Nigeria) but when the recipient get to the location he was told that they don’t know any app called seguipay,, too bad.. I suggest the developers of SigueMoneyTransfer should make a change and let seguipay deposits money instant directly to any recipient account in any countries especially “Africa Nigeria”

SigueMoneyTransfer works great but the costumer service it’s the worst ever you ear. I call I say good morning and she don’t say anything she ask me my phone number and I don’t even don’t and she say ok,ok, that’s enough,wait 30 minutes and try again. I done to do business with this company.

La verdad tenía mis dudas de usar esta app pero después que la use me encanto, le avisan cuando el dinero está disponible y cuando la persona lo regaló, encantada espero que siga así ☑️☑️

Si a de ser buena el app pero ami ya no me dejo ingresar mi dirección y no pude crear la cuenta me dise que no es válida y pues tampoco te da la opción de seguir con la dirección que proporcionas

Yo solo quiero decir que al principio estaba bien o al menos no en los primeros dos envíos estaba disponible en minutos, pero ahora ya no 😒 tarda mas como hoy por ejemplo casi 3 horas y aún nada 😒😒😒 por que? Si hay una emergencia y tendrían que esperar algunas horas? Si antes en minutos ya estaban disponible 🙁 ojalá y puedan entender gracias.

Nunca me había molestado en escribir un review pero está aplicación pésima no puedes corregir tu perfil, y cuando puedes mandar el dinero que no te lo pueden hacer válido hasta que no mandes una foto de tu identificación y un bill a tu nombre y si no tienes por que tu no pagas las utilidades (Luz, gas, etc ..) . ya te fregaste por que no pueden procesar tu transacción y no puede tu familia cobrar el dinero aaaah!!! Pero si te sacan el dinero de tu banco e usado otras aplicaciones para mandar dinero y no e tenido este problema es súper fácil y seguro lastima que no puedo decir lo mismo de este servicio Sígueme 👎🏼

Hice una cuenta en esta aplicación e hice un envío el problema es que ahora no me da acceso a abrir la aplicación, dice que no estoy autorizada
Ya cambie mi contraseña y sigo teniendo problemas de acceso, es muy frustrante

Esta aplicación no sirve. Nunca me puedo meter y cuando trato de cambiar las clave siempre dice que no sirve el server. Y siempre pasa cuando mas lo necesito.

Esto no sirve para nada ya que no puede meter la información de mi tarjeta dice que es inválido el número y llamé a servicio al cliente lo único que me dijeron que borrara la aplicación y que la volviera a bajar pero no sirvió de nada

No te deja crear la cuenta por qué en la dirección de calle y ciudad no te acepta lo que pones ni aun cuando lo haces como te marca en la aplicación.

Creo nunca buscare otra app y nadie igualara a xoom. Com es de lo mejor y en 3 minutos esta el dinero. NO SIRVE ESTA APP

Hace más de media hora que mande el dinero y a un dise que se está procesando si lo ocupan de emergencia en Mexico están idiotas los de esta aplicación no vuelvo a usar la
