This app used to be convenient and useful but lately is nothing but trouble. As we speak, I can’t log in because it says log in unauthorized, even though I changed password as I was asked to do so the last time the app got an update. The app has erased the history of the people I send money to along with all their info. Every time the app is updated, there is always an issue with login in; where I’m told to delete the app and load it again, but it still has issues. The costumer service is not very nice and a lot of the time unhelpful. What is the use of paying more to use this app than what you pay when you go to an actual physical Sigue agency if it is always giving you trouble? As we speak, I’m unable to use the app.

Since it was updated I’ve had nothing but problems. It tells me that they can’t find bank recipient info, gives me server errors, deletes the people I send money to and when I try to add them back it says that they’re already added, it deletes my card info and also when I try to login it gives me an error and I have to try multiple times before it lets me in. Still haven’t been able to send money since the update.

It was good until it said all my cards rejected I call my bank and it said is not problem I try different way I did with my husband profile different cards and still same problem I call customer service but they don’t know how fixed this problem
