I cannot login I tried change password but not getting an email

I was using the app then without warning I could no longer log in.
Attempts to change password were unsuccessful. No reset password links were ever sent despite multiple attempts. Yes, I checked junk mail.

I had to change my pw. I get the email, insert the new one in that virtuagym website and it seems to go though just fine. But l tried on the app it keeps giving the same login error...

It won’t let me log in. It keeps saying my log in information is incorrect when it is correct. I tried resetting my password and it still has not worked.
