Will helped me set of the this app. I have minimum technical proficiency but just couldn’t manage the details with all the overwhelming CV-19 changes. I was stressed about the pool changes (I absolutely NEED the pool or I’ll go stark raving MAD!), new visual cues due to renovations, and new rules which I hadn’t a clue on (pool reservations etc.). But Will was open, friendly, patient and helped me get this done so I can reserve pool spots. Elija fixed my first appt so kindly - he was wonderful! As for Will, I even taught him that Y Connect could be accessed via a standard computer :-). The pool was fantastic- its been SO LONG! The life guards were SO SWEET. And finally, I can add aquatic PT to my total knee replacement recovery. THANKS Y Staff!!

Would be better if you could click on the class from the schedule to add the class to your activity calendar but it works ok otherwise.

I recently returned to YMCA center for Health and Wellness. Tara and Dave helped me to set up my Y connect. It helps me to reserve my spot in the pool. I am not technically proficient so I was thankful for their help. Nice that it is such an easy way to navigate and also to get a confirmation. Thanks for making things a little easier for this “mature” lady.

I attend about four different YMCAs on the Peninsula because there are a variety of classes I schedule and attend. The issue is that the location is not listed on the activity plan schedule so I have to go into each location in yConnect to find out where my class is scheduled. Adding the location would make it easier to determine which Y I am going to and more use friendly.

The Y was so spotlessly clean when I come there! The organization of the carefulness the staff have developed is superb and makes you feel very comfortable! Great Job!! Although I miss my coffee relaxation with my buddies after workout, the environment is so welcoming !!

I really love this Y, but I gave notice that a lot of children are on the fitness floor with no guidance.

I was using yConnect then without warning I could no longer log in.
Attempts to change password were unsuccessful. No reset password links were ever sent despite multiple attempts. Yes, I checked junk mail.
Very disappointed.

Need to add all of the regions YMCAs, frustrating that yConnect does not show southside locations. Also it seems super hard to find hours, really hard when a holiday comes up. Southside Ys have it right in the front page especially during a holiday like the fourth.

I had to change my pw. I get the email, insert the new one in that virtuagym website and it seems to go though just fine. But l tried on yConnect it keeps giving the same login error...

It won’t let me log in. It keeps saying my log in information is incorrect when it is correct. I tried resetting my password and it still has not worked.

Why does yConnect require a login? All I want to do is see the class schedules. I can log into the website, but I always get an error message when I try to log into yConnect . What is the point of having a new app if it won’t open??

yConnect is crap; it keeps giving me an error message when I try to sign up for a class. I deleted and reinstalled it once already. I am really angry!

yConnect wants me to login using my email, but then states that my email “doesn’t exist in the system.”
When I try to report an issue, the send button doesn’t even work. Garbage app.

An app that asks for your login info but doesn’t ask you to create an account if you don’t have one isn’t an app. It’s the digital equivalent of a doorstop.

It won’t let me past the sign in screen at all. I’ve made a sign in on the website but yConnect has no option and won’t use my sign in.
