ScamValley updated the app again and locked me out again. They sent me a email tooting their own horn. I’m over it. I honestly believe they can do better than that. MindValley, I’m sure there are people who are easily scammed. In fact, over 100 emails in the past 2 months and a suggestion to “try a different approach” has tipped me in the direction of denouncing the entire organization as a fraud. Why? Because when I pay for a product, I expect to get the product for which I paid. MindValley took my money, never gave me access, and suggested it was my fault for not doing something correctly, while apologizing for the inconvenience. There is not a single employee that knows anything about how to fix any IT issues. After all was said and done, they eventually refunded my money. Both times. I have not received a dime of refund for the Omvana baloney. When everyone is saying how great something is and one person has been saying (for months) that there are serious tech issues and nothing is done to fix those issues, the corporation is not interested in selling a product and getting paid by the person who is continually telling them something is not working correctly. That is ridiculous . I can’t be the only person who is having trouble with the technology.

And another update... my restored tracks wont work again. So I will have to co tact customer support yet again...

I am updating my review. After a couple months and back and forth with the company customer service I finally got my previously paid-for tracks back, and all but a couple work fine and I am able to use them again without having to pay further money. One or two don't wont play for some reason, and it seems to be a glitch. They were restored as a special search list on my library homepage. That I see I wont have to pay for any subscriptions to keep using them.

I am furious. I have been using Omvana for a couple years. I have spent probably $50 on different meditation tracks. It was glitchy, but I liked it well enough. Then SUDDENLY today when I went to listen to a meditation I paid for and I CANNOT get access unless I sign up for an annual plan that will be $49 a year. I ALREADY paid for these tracks, but it wont let me restore them or listen to them unless I sign up for the annual service. That is extortion and I am really really mad. Omvana needs to restore pre-paid purchases effective immediately and not force people to sign up for a newly invented annual plan now just to get access to what they ALREADY paid for. They are basically trying to force customers to pay twice or they can no longer have what they already bought. CUSTOMER SUPPORT NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP.

If you’re planning to use the same phone forever, then this is a good app for you. If you plan to change it, then don’t bother buying anything here because you’ll enjoy it while you have the same phone because once you change it and try to restore everything you’ll get a nice message telling you that there’s nothing to restore and boom, you just lost whatever amount you spent on the meditations. Oh, and don’t think of contacting customer support because their answer will be “there’s nothing we can do about that but here, enjoy a month free in our website” because most people use their computers to listen to meditations to help you sleep better. I really regret having spent money in this app. I wish I could have it back
